Plain Cement concrete 1:4:8 [one cement, four M-sand and eight course aggregates] using 40mm size Hard Broken/Machine crushed Granite Stone Jelly including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Brick work In CM 1:5 mix using best Second Class Table Moulded Chamber Burnt Bricks 9"x4½"x3" having 350 kg/cm² compressive strength and 15% or less water absorbent in the period of 24hours immersement and confirming to ISI specifications including finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mix (one cement three P-sand), 12mm thick in all floors using clean screened M-Sand and including cost of curing for fifteen days from the completion of the work and surface should free from undulations and including the cost of preparing the surface for plastering and protecting from other damages till setting of mortar etc., complete complying with standard specification.

White washing one coat with freshly burnt white shell lime in all floors including cost of lime, blue powder, fevicol type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting two coats with approved Cement Paint over cement plastered wall surface, ceiling and other new surface including cleaning, preparing the surface and curing etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supply and delivery of 50mm dia (2") UPVC Column Pipe (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) with IS specification etc., complete

Supply of PVC insulated and sheathed 4.0 Sq.mm 3 core flat type copper cable conforming to IS 694 / 1990 etc., complete.

Labour Charges for the erection of 7.50HP submersible pumpset in borewell including fixing and jointing submersible cable withproper clamps upto the starter to required depth and also fixing of riser pipes to the required depth valves erection clamps, pressure gauges upto the exterior wall of pump room and erection of panel board consisting of TPICN switches starter, voltmeter, Ammeter, three pilot (indicating) lamps capacitor single phasing preventor, water level guard and laying and jointing the cables and twin earthing as per IE rules etc., complete and testing the pumpset and trail run for 10 days.

Supply and fixng of TNEB meter board suitable for 3phase 63A service connection made up of suitable angle iron frame work of size 2 feet x 1-1/2 feet using angle iron of size 1-1/2" x 1-1/2"x1/4" rigidly fixed on wall covered with hylem sheet of size 2feetx1/2 feet of 6mm thickness with necessary bolts and nuts supports and supply and fixing of 3Nos. 63A fuse units (500V), 1No. neutral link, copper earth flat of size 1"x1/4" with inter connection of EB meter to fuse units by 16 Sq.mm PVC insulated copper wire with 1No 63Amp 30MA Four Pole RCD/RCCB(HigherEnd) with suitable necessary connection with earth connection complete

Supply and run of 4 of 4 Sq.mm (56/0.3) PVC insulated unsheathed Copper conductor cable of 1100 V grade on 7/20 GI bearer wire for service connection mains.

Supply and run of 4 of 4 sq.mm. PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS copper conductor of 1100V grade in 25mm dia GI pipe (Class 'B') bent at both ends with necessary angle iron up right and end supports for mains.
