Amount

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of approved MAKE automatic electrical boom barrier of 5mtrs, suitable for operating at 230 V +/-5%, 50Hz + /-5%, along with a pair of photo cells, sensors, push button, control panel etc. as required. The motor used shall be suitable of continuous operation. The boom shall be of aluminum or any superior material, with retro reflective warning red strips, with rubber pad for safety. The opening / closing time shall be not more than 5 s. The IP rating of the control unit shall not be less than IP 54. Suitable anti – corrosion treatment shall be done to the control unit enclosure system operating temperature shall be from 0°C to + 55°C shall have adjustable speed, mechanical lock. System shall be provided with open / close electronic limit switch. Installation shall include the works such as foundation for the system, excavation for the same, interconnections, which are part of the complete system as per the technical specifications etc. as required at following locations.

SITC of K4 Crash rated Hydraulic Based Bollard system working on 3-ph, 415 volts 50 Hz, suitable for extreme temperature from 0 degree to +60 degree centigrade. comprising of controllers, control pannel and logic circuits with associated all other accessories like provision of Manual operation during power off, Hydraulic Power Pack/Unit with accumulator/ battery back up, safety interlock detector, Self priming sump pump for draining water, control and logic circuit ” in a weather proof enclosure with provision for integrating with external Access control system like loop detectors, crash pads etc. if any, Operational alerts /System alerts with Blinking LED, Audio signal during Operation, the bollards shall be grouped in set of 2/3/4 and the distance between each bollards shall be less than or equal to 1200 mm. The height of bollard shall be 1000 mm (minimum as measured from top of the foundation frame to the top of the bollard) and the diameter shall be minimum 275 mm. The bollard should be duly crash tested on singular bollard under ASTM/DOS/PAS 68/IWA 14:2013 std with 0-meter penetration. It should be efficient to withstand the front impact of minimum 6.8 Ton Vehicle travelling at the speed of 30 mph (K4 rating) should provide secure and reliable obstacle to the vehicles travelling in both direction, to provide the desirable protection including cement concrete foundation for panel, supply & laying of cables in suitable HDPE/DWC/GI Pipes connections, interconnections etc. complete as per site requirement at the following locations as per the technical specifications and work specifications complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, etc complete as required. (3 bollards of K 4= 1 SET)

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of “Electro- Hydraulic tyre killer / Spike Barrier, IP 66 rated Tyre killars suitable for three phase 415 V AC/ Single phase, 230 V , 50Hz AC Power supply for 5 mtrs width Road, suitable for working in 0°C to 60°C operating temperature, should have safety against vehicle-loop detector and safety against human-photo sensor, having active 2 way spike, 300 mm -475 mm spike height, spacing between spikes 100 mm with blocking angle of 60° with provision of Manual operation during power off, Hydraulic Power Pack/Unit with accumulator/UPS , Self priming sump pump for draining water, control and logic circuit in a weather proof enclosure made out of weather proof galvanized mild steel body with RAL coating and spike shall be made out of High tensile carbon steel, with an Axle load bearing capacity of Road/Base plate of 20 TON load, complete with push button, Remote control and control panel,including all accessories, supply & laying of cables in suitable HDPE/DWC/GI Pipes (upto 30 Meter), connections, interconnections, civil foundation work, cutting the roads fixing the Tyre killers, concrete work etc. as per technical specifications of contract and work specifications as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. etc. complete as required.
