DESCRIPTION OF WORK :-

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 m and lead upto 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth.

Cleaning jungles including uprooting of trunk vegetation grass, bushes wood trees and sapling of girth upto 30cm measured at a height of 1 meter above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distanc of 50 meters out side the periphery of area cleared.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 (One Cement, Four Coarse sand & eight graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete, including cost of form work in foundation.

M-100 Brick work in 1:4 (One Cement & Four Coarse sand) mortar i/c all material labour, T&P etc. complete.

M-100 Brick work in 1:4 (One Cement & Four Coarse sand) mortar in suprstrucutre i/c all material, labour, T&P etc. complete.

Providing and fixing angle/tea iron frames for doors, windows and ventilators of mild steel angle sections of size 35×35×5mm flat pieces to the existing T-iron frame or to the wall with das fastener. Including fixing of necessary butt hinges and scrws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as per the direction fo Engineer-in-charge.

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet including vertical 7 curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surfaces) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size an shape wherever required 0.80 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 270 gm/m2.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 Cement L 2 Coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the coat of nosing of staps etc. complete (a) 25mm thick floor with 12.5 mm nominal size stone aggregate complete in all respect as per directionof E/I.

12mm thick cement plaster in 1:4 (One Cement & Four Coarse sand) mortar I/C all material, labour, T&P etc. complete.

Distempering (Two Coat) with oil based distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undercoated wall surface to give an even shade over & including a priming coat with cement primer of approved brand and manufacture such as berger, J&N, shalimar, asian paints after thotoughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even with plaster of approved synthetic material and sand papered smooth including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. complete. required for proper completion of the work

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. completel required for proper completion of the work

Providing and fixing Hand Pump including all material, labour, T&P etc. completel as per requirement of site and as per direction of E/I.

Supply and hosting of solar light and placing the same in proper position including a taxes, labour and T&P etc. for proper completion of work.

Supply and hosting of RCC Bench and placing the same in proper position including a taxes, labour and T&P etc. for proper completion of work.

Construction of Podium with brick work and plaster in 1:4 Cement mortar for enogration with black granite stone 2'×2.5' including engraving of proper language all complete.

Providing, laying spreading & compacting of grenular sub base by providing well graded (Gr. 1) materials, speading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface on prepared surface, mixing by mix in placed method with Rotovator at OMC and compacting with in layers with smooth wheeled Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORD clause 401.1 & as directed by Engineer Incharge including all machinery, charges & including all labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying interlocking C.C. tiles 80mm thick of approved quality over 25mm thick local sand. (Rubber Moulded)

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth by mechanical transport upto a lead upto 5 Km. also including ramming and watring of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete.
