Taking down cement of cement lime plaster on brick or concrete surfaces, static water tanks etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete wall surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement)with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement as per manufacture etc, complete all as specified and as directed. by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Water Proofing Compound shall be measured and paid separatly

Supply only Integral water proofing compound all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.

M&L for prepration of new plastered surfaces of Ceiling and applying three coats of white wash on Ceiling.

M&L for preparation of new concreted surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonary, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar.

M&L for brick work built in CM (1:6) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius using sub class ‘B’ bricks (Old size bricks) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in -Charge.

S&F as in repairs replacement mild steel, plain black sheet 1 mm thick as in Hood cover of rolling shutter, made to shape and size as required with and including one shop coat of red oxide primer etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F as in replacement ball bearing of No 6202 suitable size for making the steel rolling shutters operational complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F as in replacement safety lever locks, mild steel with 4 lavers for rolling shutters of standard quality as approved by GE complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar (1:6) ,15 mm thick for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, including finishing the surfaces even and fair to receive the wall tiles etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L coloured joint free Non Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but n.exc 0.11 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350mmx250mmx7mm/ 450/350/7mm thick thick on vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles compete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for joint free light shade vitrified tiles 9 to 10 mm thick (square /rectangular) polished, area of each tile n.exc 0.38 sqm, in floors/ skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc., laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar.

M&L for Granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing types light shade over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete.

Demolition of cement concrete in any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc.) any thickness, including cover fillets.

S&F of anodised aluminium snap grid of size 605 x 605mm frame work for false ceiling incl 2mm dia GI wire for hangers where ever reqd all as specified.

M&L perforated partical board for insulation & accoustic purpose 60cmx60cm and 12mm thick fixed with nails to frame work on snap grid and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer on exposed surfaces and all as directed.

M&L for preparation including complete removal of old finishes and apply two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of Primer on plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint on ceiling incl necessary preparation.

Taking down Chowkhats or frames of any description not exc 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frames).

Taking down chowkats/ frames & shutters without taking off shutters from the frame, size of opening exc. 1.50 sqm but not exc 4 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shuttter of any description exc 1 sqm but n.exc 2 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain coloured PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, supplying & fixing in opening as per specification and drawing.

Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (stile), consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails.
