Cutting in all kind of soil earth work and disposal of excavated earth upto all leads and lifts as per direction of Egineer -in-Charge

Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all kind of soil lift upto 1.50 mtr Stacking the excavated soil not more than 3mtrs. Clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinths sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts disposed earth to be levelled neatly dressed.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1cement:6sand:12graded stone agregate 40mm nominal size ) and curring complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Providing from work with steel plates 3.15mm thick weled with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including levelling centering, shuttering strutting and propping etc. With wooden battens and ballies, hight of propping and cenring below supporting floor two ceiling in all height and removal of the same for in-stureinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:- a) Foundation, footing bases of colums etc. and mass concrete.

b) Columns, pillars, post and struts, square, rectangular or polygonal in plain.

c) Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing of the like floors etc. upto 200mm in thickness.

d) Beams, cantilevers, girders & lintels, sides & soffits or beams, beam haunchings, cantilvers bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1mtrs in depth.

(e) Vertical Surfaces such as walls.

Providing & laying cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (1cement: 1.5sand: 3graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all hight. a) Foundation footing bases of columns etc. and mass concrete.

b) Columns, pilasrs, posts and struts, square, rectangular or polygonal in plain.

c) Suspending floors roofs landing & shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilever upto floor two level.

Providing tor steel reinforcement(Fe 415/500 D as per design) for R.C.C. work including bending binding and placing in position complete upto all floor level. Tor Steel.

Providing & fixing angle iron door, window, clerestorey window frame manufactured from M.S. Angle iron section of 50 x 50 x 6mm thicness i/c hinges jambs locks & if required angle threshold of MS angle 50 x 25mm welded or rigidly fixed by mechanical means lugs with split & tail to each jamb i/c steel butt hinges 2.5mm thick with provision for locking arrangement & shock absorber specified & applying coat of approved steel primer after proper pretreatment of surfaces as directed by Engineer-In-Charge

Prooviding 40 X 3mm flat iron hold fast 40cm. Long including fixing to frame with 10mm dia bolts, nuts and wooden splug and embeding in cement concrete block 10x10x15 cms. 1:3:6 (1cement: 3sand: 6graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Providing & fixing panelled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors windows and clerestory windows including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws. 35mm thick 2nd Class Deodar Wood.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium sliding door bolt anodized transparent or dyed to required colour and shade with bolts and nuts screws etc. complete. (a) 300mm x 16mm.

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts (barrel type ) anodized transparent or dyed to required colour and shade with bolts and nuts screws etc. complete. a)200x10mm.

Providing and fixing aluminium handle anodized transparent or dyed to required colour and shade with nacessry screws etc. complete. (a)125mm.

Brick work using common clay burnt building bricks in superstructure above ground level in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement: 6 sand) 1st class bricks upto all height.

6mm cement plaster in ceiling with cement mortar 1:4(1cement:4 sand).

15mm cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastring upto floor two level including arrrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angle not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished evehn and smooth in cement mortar 1:6(1cement :6sand).

15mm cement plaster in single coat on the fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastring upto floor two level including arrrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angle not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6(1cement :6sand).

Providing and laying spartic ceremic tiles 5.5mm thick in flooring 300x300mm size on treads of steps laid on a bed of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3(1cement:3sand) finished with flush pointing in white cement.

White glazed tile 6mm thick in skirting risers of steps and dado 12mm tick cement mortar 1:3(1cement: 3sand) and jointed with cement slurry.

Precast terrazoo tiles hydraulic compressed 20mm thick with marble chips of specified sizes laid in floors treads of steps and landings on a bed of 25mm average thickness of cement mortar 1:6 (1cement: 6sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing and polishing compelete with tiles. Grey shade.

Precast terrazoo tiles hydraulic compressed 20mm thick with marble chips of specified sizes in skirting and risers of steps steps not exceeding 30cm in height on 10mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1cement: 3sand) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing and polishing compelete with tiles. Grey shade.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement:3sand:16graded stone agregate 20mm nominal size ) and curring complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Providing plinth protection under layer of 75mm thick bed of dry brick/stone aggregate 40mm nominal size well ramed and consolidated and ground with fine sand including prepration of ground finished with 50mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement:3sand :6graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size.) and fixing oxidized M.S hooks and eyes 150mm long.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surface after and including prepairing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, dirt and other foreign matters sand papered knotting. Ready mixed pain brushing wood primer pink.

Painting two coat (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces with readymixd paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foresign matter sand pepering and stopping with ready mixed paint. (a) White paint.

Applying priming coat over new steel and other matel surfaces after and including prepairing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil grease, dirt and other foreign matters sand papered knotting Ready mixed pain brushing red oxide/zink oxide chrome.

Painting two coat (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface under coat with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foresign matter with ready mixed paint other than white.

Applying birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final metter finish to the surface complete.

Distempering (two coats) with oil boud washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on decorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and menufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other forign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth .

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion Apex of Asian brand and manufacture and of required shade on decorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials.

Stone soling prperly handpacked filling interstices with kharnja stone complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing Glass panes of sizes 4mm thick

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement:4sand:8graded stone agregate 25mm nominal size) and curring complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in breast and retaining walls etc.

Providing and laying PVC pipes in weep holes. 100mm dia.
