Detailed Engineering , design including feasibility survey for solar power plant using “ PV SYS” and “ PV SOL” or equivalent software, topographic survey, foundation design etc and getting the design vetted from any one of the approved agencies, manufacturing supplying, erecting, installing , testing and commissioning of grid connected solar PV plant of total 25KW capacity at various roof tops of buildings with fixed structure on turnkey basis and performance guarantee basis, complete comprising of following sub components / sub systems and meeting the specification as given herein after and in particular specification: (a) Solar Photovoltaic PV modules shall be of rated 335Wp , Poly – Crystalline silicon Module (72 cell) aggregating to peak output from plant along with DC combiners and protection arrangement , approved by MNRE having efficiency not less than 16%. Max power at TC Pmax(W), Voltage at Max power Vmp(V), current at Max power Imp(A), open circuit voltage Voc (V), Short circuit current Isc(A), Module efficiency, Rated capacity of SPV panels at STC Panels at STC 10 fill factor complete all as specified and as directed. (l) Supply and install Govt Approved / HT panel board CEIG Approval & BESCOM Interaction for the entire plant, termination to the BESCOM Grid and synchronisation complete all as specified and directed. – 1Job. (m) General works including erection, handling, assembling etc at site. (n) Testing and commissioning , Pre commissioning check, checking of all electrical connections for satisfactory commissioning of entire plant. (o) Civil and allied work electrical, instrumentation, control and metering design required for photovoltaic solar power plant as per Original Equipments Manufacturer (OEM) Note for item No 1 above: 1. The scope of work under the above item (Solar Power Plant) includes complete solar PV plant form solar modules to grid source point. External water supply required for washing of solar power plant and control room / operators room. 2. The above items shall be quoted and executed on roof based on Contractors own design on trunkey basis and on performance guarantee basis. The Performance guarantee is related to achieving the total capacity of 25KW at various locations with specified efficiency. 3. Warranty on Output (a) Output wattage of PV module should not be less than 90% at the end of 10 years and 80% at the end of 25years (b) The mechanical structures , electrical works and over all workman ship of the grid solar power plants must be warranted for minimum of 05 years.

4. The contractor shall also be responsible for conducting detailed building structural sounding checks and getting the Module Mounting Structure designed, according to structural sound conditions. 5. The quoted rate deemed to be inclusive for charges for Statutory approvals including Chillan’s like feasibility report from BESCOM, Net meter charges, Chief Electrical Inpection, Import and Export meters, calibration Charges and BESCOM frequently inspection charges, cost of pre dispatch inspection etc. 6. The design shall be got vetted from any one of the following agencies (i) National Institute of Solar Energy (ii) Sardar Swaran Singh national institute of Renewable Energy (iii) Solar Energy Corporation of India (iv) The Indian Renewable Energy development Agency (v) Any of the IIT (vi) MNRE / TERI approved agency.
