Complete Insulation of pipelines, pressure parts main boiler, ESP, ducts and other associated equipments of 2X500 MW boiler. When new cladding to be provided with 20-24 gauges (G.I.)/Aluminium sheet shall be provided by the department free of cost). Work includes fabrication and fixing of cladding structure one layer of mineral wool blankets/pads or calcium silicate pipe section of thickness 40/50/60 mm, are provided/fixed at site.

Application of mineral wool blankets/pads and fixing with G.I. Wire on H.P. /L.P. Valves of boiler. Application of insulating powder, hard lag/ mastic compound & finishing/cladding with G.I./Aluminium sheets of 20-24 gauge wherever required as per site requirement or as instructed.

Application of refractory in main boiler/ pressure parts heating zones.

Cleaning and removal of fly ash/debris etc. and their disposal to dumping yard from primary super heater chamber inside the boiler.
