REPAIR TO PATH/HARD STANDING, FENCING AND OTHER MISC WORKS AT MFFR UNDER AGE(I) MFFR

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work, masonry etc. and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh of any type of any description fixed to any type of fencing posts complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including door gates etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster, terrazo etc on PCC/stone surface/ brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 m and making good surface in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply & fixing mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, MS flat iron, notching for wire, etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290, Grade E-165 (Fe 290), complete all as specified & as directed.

S & F Pre-painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
