Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of 1.0mm (avg.) thickness of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade on New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.67 liter/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm)

Renewing glass panes, with wooden fillets wherever necessary Float glass panes of thickness 4.0 mm (weight not less than10kg/sqm)

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches including cutting the patch in proper shape raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish outside the University Campus. With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Dismantling old plaster or skirting, raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish outside the University Campus.

15 mm Cement plaster of mix: 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 sand) including cost of scaffolding. All work upto floor V level.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including cost of centring, shuttering, machine mixing & curing etc. complete. All work upto plinth level with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Supply of labour (Carpenter 2nd Class) for opening of wooden shutters from chowkats and refixing the same after cutting to proper size including repair to doors/windows including easing etc. after laying of tiles.

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows, clearstory windows using 4 mm thick float glass panes including ISI Marked M.S pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws. 2nd Class Deodar wood 35 mm thick including applying a priming coat of wood primer and then painting with synthetic enamal paint (two or more coats) of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac).

Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 stone aggregate 10 mm and down gauge), including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) as per standard design. In 75x75mm deep chase.

Uprooting of trees/plants from walls/roofs by way of dismantling Brick masonary/concrete, taking out the roots and making good the same with brick masonry and cement plaster including scaffolding etc. complete (cost of brick masonry and cement plaster shall be paid separately).

Brick work with 2nd class common bricks with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 sand) including scaffolding etc. Complete. All work upto floor V level.

Engaging of Labour for spraying of Chemical and Uprooting of Trees. Mazdoor

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work using structural steel, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and then painting with synthetic enamal paint (Two or more coats) of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac). In stringers, treads, landings of stair cases, gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works including use of chequered plate wherever required, all complete

Providing and fixing Dr Fixit Torchshield AP3160 sheet for Water proofing purpose including cutting, fixing all complete as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron and 3mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and then painting with synthetic enamal paint (Two or more coats) of approved brand and manufacuture (Make Asian/Nerolac). Using M.S. angles 40x40x6mm for diagonal braces

Providing and fixing powder coated 50 microns aluminum work (10 gauge) for doors, windows, ventilators, Almirahs and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, metered and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminum snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. For frames and shutter of door windows, ventilators & Almirah including providing and fixing hinges / pivots, handles, tower bolts, eye hooks/window stays, including the cost of PVC/neoprene gasket, 5mm glass panes / 12mm thick particle board laminated on both sides, locks of superior quality including P&F of Double Action Hydraulic door closer/floor spring of approved brand and manufacture IS:6315 with stainlees steel cover plate minimum 1.25 mm thickness. The spacing of vertical/horizontal members not to exceed 4 feet and the section to be used shall be 104mm x 44.45 mm.
