REPAIRS TO SECURITY LIGHTS AND MAINTENANCE OF SOLAR STREET LIGHTS AND CONNECTED WORKS ALONG THE PERIMETER AT AFA HYDERABAD

Attending day to day maintenance on requirment basis for checking the serviceability / repairing all Security lights , including disconnecting and taking down unserviceable all type of light fitting (LED/HPSV/MH/CFL fittings etc.) of any type and make complete from the PCC Pole / Steel tubular poles / Watch Towers along the perimeter (Appx 45 Kms long), including repairs to unserviceable wiring, connectors at pole junction boxes / connecting from OH lines to light fittings, minor supplying of spares like holders, connectors, screws washers etc and reconnecting / refixing and testing complete all as directed.

Note:- (i) Necessary defective spares which are required to be replaced to make proper functioning of all type security lights, shall be measured and paid seperately under relevent items as directed by Engr-in Charge.

(ii) Contractor will have to provide well experienced 1 No Electrician with 1 No Helper along with vehicle, tools and ladder etc for checking the serviceability/repairing on requirement basis (for 8 Hrs only) in addition to man power required for execution of other routine works.

(iii) All Tools & Plants required for repair work shall be provided / arranged by the contractor at his own arrangement and expense to the trade men & helpers also include in the quoted rate.

(iv) All complaints should be attended with in 24 hours of reporting of complaints. Penalty charges for non attending complaints with in 24 hrs shall be Rs 300/- per complaint .

(v) A joint inspection for checking of serviceability of security lights will be carried out with contrator's representative, user's representative and MES personal in every week.

Taking out the existing unserviceable street light fittings any type and S&F LED Street light fitting 30 Watt LED pressure die cast aluminum housing heat resistant toughened glass with frame, IP - 66 protection, uniform distribution suitable for 40 mm outer dia GI pipe and connecting up etc complete with 3 core 1.5 Sq mm PVC insulated sheathed copper wire ISI marked, stranded, complete all as specified and as directed. Make:-Luker Cat Part No:- LSTE-30 or equivalent

Taking out the existing unserviceable street light fittings any type and S&F LED Street light fitting 1 x 45-50 Watt LED pressure die cast aluminum housing heat resistant toughened glass with frame, IP - 66 protection, uniform distribution suitable for 40 mm outer dia GI pipe and connecting up etc complete with 3 core 1.5 Sq mm PVC insulated sheathed copper wire ISI marked, stranded, complete all as specified and as directed. Make:-Luker Cat Part No:- LSTE-50 or equivalent

Supply and fix LED Flood light fitting 50/60 Watt LED pressure die cast aluminum housing heat resistant toughened glass with frame, IP - 66 protection, uniform distribution, including taking out the existing unserviceable complete all as specified and as directed. Make:-Luker Cat Part No:- LFL-50 or equivalent

Supply and fix LED Flood light fitting 150/160 Watt LED pressure die cast aluminum housing heat resistant toughened glass with frame, IP - 66 protection, uniform distribution,including taking out the existing unserviceable complete all as specified and as directed. Make:-Luker Cat Part No:- LFL-160 or equivalent

Supply & fixing including taking out unserviceable electronic driver for LED street light upto 30 watt complete all as directed. Note :- Driver will be procured as per sample, as required at site compatable for existing light fittings

Supply & fixing including taking out unserviceable electronic driver for LED street light 45 / 50 watt complete all as directed. ote :- Driver will be procured as per sample, as required at site compatable for existing light fittings

Excavation in trenches in soft / loose soil not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m depth and getting out, including trimming the sides and forming bottom surface to required levels for laying cables complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for River dry sand cushioning to UG cables (8 cm deep before laying of cable and 15 cm deep over the cable) in trenches including punned thickness up to 18 cm and consolidation, complete all as directed. Note :- Punned thickness only will be measured for payment.

Returning, filling in trenches in any kind soil in layers n.exc. 25 cm after laying of cables including spreading, levelling, and well ramming complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick sub class B locally available best quality laid in trenches above sand cushioning for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed

Supply, laying & testing XLPE UG insulated cable 1100 volts grade, armoured confirming to relevant IS specifcations with aluminum conductor of size 10 sqmm 4 core including dismantling and taking out the unserviceable cable all as directed. Make :- Havells/ Polycab / Finolex

M&L for light grade galvanized pipe ISI marked with all fitting ISI marked, laid in trenches, under road or fixing on wall/pole/ crossing nallah etc of bore 50 mm complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for light grade galvanized pipe ISI marked with all fitting ISI marked, laid in trenches, under road or fixing on wall/pole/ crossing nallah etc of bore 40 mm complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for Re Stringing and Fixing only in position of sagged ACSR conductor of required size in over head line including binding with aluminium binding wire complete after removing and refixing of UG cables/services wires to the ACSR conductor complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge. Note : Three phase and one neutral i.e four conductor will be measured in one span.

Supply & Fix PVC LT line separators 4 way with nut, bolt arrangement, in the existing O/H line on pole on height 7.0-7.50 mtrs above ground level conductor complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in platform, filling and mass concrete, coping to pole for embedding stay road all as specified, including necessary form work and applying two coats of white wash to exposed surface of coping / platform complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 mix using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation / platform / pedestal / stay wire etc, complete all as specified and as directed .

S & F cable junction box 200 x 160 x 98 mm in size, made out of thermoplastic, having IP 65 protection for outdoor installation fixed with 4 way bakelite cable terminals including 03 Nos polymide gland with check nut (M-32-02 N0 & M- 25 -01 N0 ) fixed on poles with aluminium clamps of size 25 x 3, unts, bolts, washers etc., including taking out of old unserviceable cable junction box complete all as specified and as directed Make Cat No . K-9250 of HENSEL or equivalent in SPELSBERG / RITTAL/ SINTEX

M&L GI tubing light grade 20 mm bore for protection of service connection for protection of connection wire from junction box to street light fittings including taking down old one ( Note : Necessary clamps, nuts, bolts etc deemed to be included)

M&L for cable two core PVC insulated, PVC sheathed multi stranded aluminium conductor cable size 2.5 Sqmm for connection junction box to security light including taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed .

Removing the existing unserviceable GI pipe bracket along with clamps and supply and fix GI pipe light grade bracket 40 mm dia, 1.2 mtr long bent to shape as required and fixed with suitable size of MS clamps, (40 mm x 5 mm MS Flat) nut, bolt, washers etc to poles/walls complete all as directed.

M&L for Painting to the existing cross arms /clamps / bracings/ nuts bolts and washers complete with two coats of Aluminium paint after cleaning the surfaces the metal at height of 7 to 8.5 mtrs pole above ground level with out disturbing the conductors completely and making good complete all as specified and as directed

S&F all in one integrated Solar Smart LED Street light fitting 30 Watt, Solar panel of 6V 12W Polycrystalline type should be on the top of the fitting with Lithium- Ferrous Battery of 24 AH , pressure die cast aluminum housing heat resistant toughened glass with frame, IP - 66 protection, uniform distribution including suitable GI pipe bracket, complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- Luker or equvalent

Taking out the existing unserviceable existing cable and M&L for cable two core PVC insulated, PVC sheathed multi stranded aluminium conductor cable size 6 Sqmm for connection junction box to security light/pole to pole service connection complete all as specified and as directed .
