REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF INTERNAL WIRING, CEILING FAN, EXHAUST FAN AND CONNECTED WORKS AND REPAIR MAINTENANCE OF FAN, GEYSER AND SOLAR WATER HEATING SYSTEM INCLUDING FITTINGS AND FIXTURES AT LICHUBARI AND MARIANI UNDER GE JORHAT

Taking down carefully any type of point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets etc. and removing (except those to be reused shall be kept in safe custody at the site) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc.to match with the existing surfaces complete all as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable submain/ service connection wiring of any size and any description including conduits complete all as directed. Note: Cost of making good distributed surfaces (if any) and matching to existing/ original shall deemed to be inclusive in the unit quoted rate.

Material and labour for, point wiring (surface type) with PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded FRLSH copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade, ISI 694 marked of size 1.5 Sqmm drawn in and including PVC casing and capping (heavy duty, ISI marked) not less than 20mm size with all necessary fittings such as bends, cross, elbow, tees etc. with MS pressed steel terminal box not less than 1.2mm thick for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulator etc. and 3.0 mm thick bakelite sheet top cover (ISI Marked) including 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded FRLSH copper conductor as continuous earth wire and connected to common earth dolly for one light/ ceiling fan/ exhaust fan controlled by one, one way switch, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No.3.00 here-in-before but for bell/ buzzer point controlled by one push button on independent board complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No.3.00 here-in-before but for one five pins 5 Amps switch socket outlet point on independent board complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No.3.00 here-in-before but for one five pins 5 Amps switch socket outlet point on same board complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No.3.00 here-in-before but for one light point controlled by two 2-way switches of 5 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No.3.00 here-in-before but for one five pins 5/15 Amps switch socket outlet point on independent board with 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor complete all as specified and directed. Note :- To be run in the seperate casing capping.

All as per serial item No.3.00 here-in-before but for metal clad industrial socket with 4.0 sqmm copper wire including 4.0 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, point wiring (concealed type) on wall/ roof/ ceiling surface etc, suitable for modular plates including necessary cutting/ chesing etc and making good the disturbed surface with single core, multistranded PVC insulated copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade for FRLSH size 1.5 sqmm in and including not less than 20 mm dia (heavy duty) rigid non metalic PVC conduit and conduit accessories, modular flush boxes with one single core PVC insulated unsheathed FRLSH 1.5sqmm multistranded copper conductor as earth coninuity wire and connected to earth dolly for fixing of modular flush box, fixed with brass screws and cap washers for one light/ fan point controlled by one, one way switch complete all as specified and directed. ( Note:(i) Making good with necessary plastering and painting to the existing surface finishing is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Accessories like Inner & outer plates will be measured and paid separately under relevant item)
