Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 250 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 meter above starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L, Hardcore of broken stone or boulders gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L, Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring/ hard standing, foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for sand cushioning under floors as in foundations including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L, Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to SI 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and no pigment over 25 mm thick levelled sand cushioning etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Sand shall be measured and paid seperatly )

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 mtr wide & n. exc 1.5 mtr depth; for foundations, etc. n. exc. 10 sqm on plan and n. exc. 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition brick work or stone/boulder masonary,built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches pillars,etc but ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and disposal of debris to outside the station where suitable for contractor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L, Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L, Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L, Preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thick in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or framed into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; welded to existing frame, ladders, framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framed work of water tanks and similar work confoming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for structural steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc complete, drillled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and incl either hooks and hinge or steel hanging door fittings and similar works confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 and fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting holes in brick walls in cement mortar exc half brick but not exc one brick for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 as required and depth of embedded portion of holdfasts or lugs measured from the face of the jamb into the wall, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (Using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in, inserting hold fast, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders(for stone walling) corbels, brackets, etc (of any section indicated) with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc, complete all as specified.

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering 12 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick works or concrete surfaces , finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of new plastered or un plastered wall surfaces of any description and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of Chalk whitening, complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) including floor finishes/tiling work and disposal of debris to outside the station where suitable for contractor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster, any description, on brick or stone walls etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and disposal of debris complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowket or frame with shutter (without taking of shutter from frame) exc 1.5 sqm but not exe 4.00 Sq m each each and making of site/wall good for fixing of new door/window as per suitable size of new window / door complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantaling of old aluminium partition with door shutter, board , glass and all fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for suspended false ceiling consisting of suitable anodised aluminium sections of ‘Tee’ of size not less than 22.50 x 22.5 x 0.5 mm Angle of size 22.5 x 22.5 x 0.5 mm & FI as per std engineering practices with prepainted/laminated ‘E’ board ceiling boards 6 mm thick in grid of 605 x 605 mm including cutting holes and making good holes for main joist, suspending with 6 mm dia GI wire to roof trusses, purling & rafters etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for Stainless Steel Lead proof single leaf door opening size of 750mm X 2000 mm consisting of 1.2 mm thick SS frame and 0.8mm SS 304 steel with 2 mm lead sheet including all fittings and fixtures all as specified and shown on drawing no.-01, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Stainless Steel Lead proof double leaf door opening size of 1500mm X 2000 mm consisting of 1.2 mm thick SS frame and 0.8mm SS 304 steel with 2 mm lead sheet including all fittings and fixtures all as specified and shown on drawing no.-02 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:-Necessary items like screws, rubber/ neoprene gasket etc as per site requirment are included in this item but Only weight of aluminium sections will be calculated for payment )

NOTE:- Floor spring/door closer ,Glazing& panelling shall be measured and paid separatly. (Note:-Necessary items like screws, rubber/ neoprene gasket etc as per site requirment are included in this item but Only weight of aluminium sections will be calculated for payment )

M & L for fixed in repair 12 mm thick both sides prelaminated Particle board, exterior grade, fixed with screws to timber frame work in cup board shutters/ shelves complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repair 5.5 mm thick Sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in squares exceeding 0.5 Sq. M in each pane complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates, 25mm thick, as in floor/sub base and finishing concrete surface fair and even to receive top floor finishes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing screed bed or bedding layer, 15 mm thick, in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering, 10 mm thick, in cement mortar 1:4, on wall surafaces, as backing coat to tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Glazed ceramic tiles, 300/350 x 450 x 7mm thick, glossy finish, conforming to Group B-III of IS-13712, first quality, of approved dark or light colour, laid on vertical surfaces such as skirting or dado etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L forVitrified Ceramic coloured tiles of approved shade and pattern, 600 x 600 x10-12mm thick, conforming to Group B-IIA of IS-13712, first quality, laid in floors or in walls as skirting set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Lead Free Radiation shielding Tiles to be fixed on wall of X Ray rooms of size 1ft X 1ft with 1mm lead equivalence @ 100kvp (+/- 5%) Thickness of Tile should be 13 to 15 mm (appx weight of each tile is 2.5 to 3 kg) of approved colour . Overlapping/Interlocking in tiles to be provided for leak proof shielding when fixing and tile should be BARC tested and certified, set and jointed in neat cement slurry/ cemical and pointed in white or coloured cement to match all as per company instructions/ guidelines complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Granite 20 mm thick (of any type ) (table runned and polished ) in floors steps , jamns, pillars,window-cills,cooking plateforms and vertical surfaces bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointing in white ciment (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate set in CM 1:4in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone wallin). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, eatherings, throat- ing etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L TMT bars 10 mm dia & over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for column, hooking ends & binding with & including mild steel wire (not less than 0.9 mm dia) or securing with clips quality conforming complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement with WPC @ of 3% of weight of cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for preparing new surfaces of walls, distempering 2 coats with oil emulsion distemper white or tinted over one coat of wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls including preparing old plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for preparing old Surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described three coats of dark black synthetic enamal paint paint complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment in old plastered walls including preparation of old plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint in buildings upto ground plus three floor) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment in old plastered walls including preparation of new or old plastered surfaces and applying two coats of weather proof emulsion (Apex Ultima) of electric blue or white colour over a coat of exterior wall care putty in (projections of column/wall/edges of chajja, roofs and other narrow locations in buildings upto ground plus three floor) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates in sub base complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying in trenches, LT underground cable of size 4 core 10 Sqmm XLPE insulated armoured and PVC sheathed 1100 Volts grade with aluminium conductor multistranded including cable connecting lugs, glands,jointing materials etc.laid in trenches, floors, roof, ducts and fixing using clamps, saddle for pole, wall complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying in trenches, LT underground cable of size 4 core 35 Sqmm XLPE insulated armoured and PVC sheathed 1100 Volts grade with aluminium conductor multistranded including cable connecting lugs, glands,jointing materials etc.laid in trenches, floors, roof, ducts and fixing using clamps, saddle for pole, wall complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&L GI tubing light grade 40 mm bore intrenches/fixing on pole/wall/crossing in drain etc. for protection of UG cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking Down carefully Copper/aluminium Point Wiring (light, fan,socket or Power) complete,(fittings Such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators sockets etc, to be measured separately), removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for reuse at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully aluminum two core sub main wiring of sizes 6 Sqmm /4 Sqmm cable any type and removing old material from site and making good disurbed surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for point wiring in repairs complete with 1.5 sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade FRLS cable IS-694 marked drawn through and including rigid non metallic PVC heavy duty concealed conduit(min 20 mm dia (external) but shall be increased as per actual site requirement in accordance with clause 19.12.5 of SSR Part I ) ISI marked with wall thickness not less than 1.8mm including conduit accessories like bends.tees, juction boxes etc fixed concealed in wall/ceiling or surface conduit on ceiling with provision of 2 mm thick pressed steel terminal boxes covered with 3 mm thick plastic laminated white /coloured top cover for mounting switch,socket,fan regulator,industrial socket and all lamp fittings etc including 1.5 sq mm PVC insulated but unsheathed copper conductor FRLS cable,1100 volt grade IS-694 marked as earth contuinity wire for one light/Fan point controlled by one,one way switch complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 74 mentioned here-in- before but one three pin 5 Amps socket out let on independant board with 1.5 sq mm PVC insulated copper conductor for continuous earthing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix wall mounted cabin fan super high speed portable 450 mm sweep,220-240 volt AC,50 Hz sigle phase with Thermal overload protected motor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep, single phase, 230 Volts, AC, 50 Hz and connecting up including provison of cabe from ceiling rose/connector to Ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix single phase Refresh air-HD Metal Industrial energy efficient heavy duty motor Exhaust Fan 300 mm sweep 1400 RPM and connecting up and provison of cabe from ceiling rose/connector including making hole in existing any type of wall and finshing the disturbed surface for fixing of Exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and install hi wall split units indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and plasma filter for better indoor air quality with 5 star rating and EER 3.2 of capacity 2.0 Ton including necessary sheeting to protect out door unit from climatic conditions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE : (a). The rates quoted shall deem to include the cost of cutting holes in the brick wall for passing copper tubing and making good the surfcaes to match with adjoining surfaces. (b). The cost of copper tubing of size 5/8" and 1/4" with suitable insulation up to a length of 4.5 mtr is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. Cost of copper tubing of size 5/8" and 1/4" with suitable insulation beyond 4.5 mtr will be measured and paid separately under the relevant item.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6mm thick buried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25m below ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm GI earth continuity conductor including 15 mm bore pipe Light grade for protection of lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made out of galvanised iron or steel connected to maint switch control board upto 7.5 mt away from earth electrode all as shown as per plate No 05 of SSR part - I including necessary earth work, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber, RCC cover slab of 50 mm thick 1:2:4 with 8 mm CTD 140 mm C/C with suitable handle, watering pipe 20 mm dia light grade pipe with funnel, charcoal, salt and testing on completion and including taking old unserviceable earthing with connected items complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(Each earth pit shall include minimum 25 kg NABL Lab certified micronite aggregate and cement 12.5 kg for filling bore hole with water mixed in 1:2 ratio (two parts of micronite aggregate compound and one part of cement), so also achieve eath resistance below 1 ohm including PVC pit box with cover shall be deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rates. In case of non achieving of desired results the same shall be re-done by the contractor on his own cost.

M&L test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze/brass size (75 x 75x 10 mm) drilled and 3 Nos brass screwed 8 mm dia, 10 mm long hex. Supply and fix sheet metal enclosures for MCB distribution board 230 Volts Single pole and neutral 8 way Double door with 200 Amps rated busbar including flushing the DBs inside the walls and making good the disturbed surface also matching with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs MCB SPN 6 to 32 Amps, 240 Volts,"B" grade complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
