Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed, within a lead of 50 metres: All kinds of soil :

Filling / supplying and stacking at site good earth including carriage.

Providing and fixing hand packed stone work of 75mm thick stones in flooring with single face fine cheasled only overa bed of earth filling including ramming, dressing all carriages complete job.

Grassing with selection no. 1 grass including watering & maintenance of the lawn for 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn free from weeds & fit for mowing including supplying of good earth if needed (the good earth shall be paid separately.) In rows 5 cm apart in either direction

Uprooting rank vegetation and weeds by digging the area to a depth of 60 cm removing all weeds and other growth with roots by forking repeatedly, breaking clods, rough dressing, flooding with water, uprooting fresh growths after 10 to 15 days and then fine dressing for planting new grass, including disposal of all rubbish with all leads and lifts.

P/L stone soling (Hand packed) in trenches incl. ramming, dressing, watering etc. incl. all leads, lifts and carriage upto site of work complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in: Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and fixing of 25mm thick devri stones tiles in flooring with single face fine cheasled only overa bed of cement concrete of grade 1:2:4 of thickness upto 75mm including all carriages complete job.
