CERTAIN REPAIR TO OTM ACCN OF STN HQ, GE OFFICE, ARO, MES IB, IFSU, VALLAH UNDER AGE B/R-II AT AMRITSAR CANTT

Demolition of brickwork, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for brick work with sub class "B" bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 2 above but except bricks (old dismantled serviceable bricks obtained from Srl item No 1 shall be reused after necessary cleaning of mortar).

Material and Labour for brick work with sub class "B" bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, in half brick thick walls and built in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on walls in Cement Mortar 1:6 finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on walls in Cement Mortar 1:4 finishing even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on ceiling in Cement Mortar 1:3 finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for applying two coats of cement base paint on wall including preperation of newly plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for applying two coats of whitewash on ceiling including preperation of newly plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
