(Ex-cel sheet) or other equivalent approved make of approved colour, solid section, extruded rigid, light weight sheet with fine & homogeneous closed cell structure with smooth, glossy, hard surface finish on both sides, all edges to be smooth finish with mixture of PVC powder & solvent etc complete all as per specification and as directed by the EIC.

Providing and making cores of 65 mm / 50 mm dia. to the overhead water tank using electric operated core cutting machine and plugging of old damaged/ abandoned pipes holes with waterproofing cement mortar all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providng and fixing of 65 mm/ 50 mm dia pipe sleeves upto 450 mm length and making outer surface rough for scour/ outlet pipe with plug and fixing it to core made at the directed place by using polymer mortar and making the core waterproof etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing following size class-I Peet / GateValve of brass or Gun metal, with Cast ironwheel, conforming to IS 778 upto 300 mmsize, fixing the Valve to pipe line includingthe cost of jointing materials, testing for leakproof joints at 10 kg / sq.cm hydraulicpressure, all complete as per specificationand as directed by EIC.

Galvanised iron pipe ofspecified class consisting following items ofwork:- i) Supplying galvanised mild steel screwedand socketed pipe conforming to IS 1239 (part-I ) with galvanised mild steel or wroughtsteel fittings conforming to IS 1239 ( part-II) ii) Laying and fixing the pipe and specials onexposed surfaces to correct line, level andplumb for water supply line, overflow andvent using M.S. nails, rawl plugs, woodengutties and 'U' type G.I clamps having not lessthan 2 mm thick. iii) Making leak proof threaded joints usingWhite zinc, Spun yarn etc. including cuttingthe pipe, threading and the cost of jointingmaterials. iv) Cutting or making hole or chases in RCCbeam, slab, chajja, dado etc. for passing thepipe line and reinstating all the damage to itsoriginal condition. v) Testing the pipe line to a hydraulic pressure of 10 Kg / Sq.cm for leak proof joint. vi) Painting the pipe line after testing with two coats of flat oil paint of approved make and shade over a coat of approved primer.

Supplying and laying below the ground orfloor, the following diameter galvanised ironpipe line of specified class, consisting thefollowing items of work:- i) Supplying galvanised mild steel screwedand socketed pipe conforming to IS 1239 (part-I ) with galvanised mild steel or wroughtsteel fittings conforming to IS 1239 ( part-II). ii) Laying pipes and specials below the ground or floor for water supply / Waste line in proper level and gradient. iii) Making leak proof threaded joints usingWhite zinc, Spun yarn etc. including cuttingthe pipe, threading, the cost of jointingmaterials etc. iv) Testing the pipe line to a hydraulic pressure of 10 kg / sq.cm for leak proof joints. v) Providing & wrapping 'Pypekote' (corrossion protected tape ) of 4 mm thickincluding supplying & application of pipecoating and spiral wrapping etc. ( wrappingshould have an overlap of 15 to 20 mm )complete as per standards for corrosionprotection of pipes that are laid underground/ floor. Class " C " ( Heavy quality ) G.I. pipes & fittings.

Supplying & fixing 25 mm thick PVC integral foam sheet in form of flush finish door shutter, manufactured by M/s. Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd. (Ex-cel sheet) or other equivalent approved make of white colour, solid section, extruded rigid, light weight sheet with fine & homogeneous closed cell structure with smooth, glossy, hard surface finish on both sides including providing recessions for hinges and providing & fixing 3 nos 100 mm heavy duty S.S. hinges and 1 No. of Aldrop wirh pad lock provision, 2 nos. of 100 mm Al. Bow handles with back plate of M/s Shalimar Hardware or equivalent and including providing a vision panel opening of size 300 mm X 200 mm including providing and fixing PVC moulded louvers on both faces in the opening of vision panel with ss screws, all edges to be smooth finish with mixture of PVC powder & solvent, including removing existing door shutter & fittings etc complete all as per specification & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing European water closet / Anglo Indian WC of approved make with 'P' or 'S' trap wash down pattern European water closet best indian make in white glazed vitreous of size 460 mm x 330 mm and including cost of removing the existing one & disposing of debris etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge,

Providing & fixing Orissa pattern W.C. of approved make comprising of Orissa pattern W.C. with 'P' or 'S' trap best Indian make in white glazed vitreous china ware of size 580 mm x 400 mm including the cost of removing the existing damaged / broken and making good the surrounding with cement mortar / concrete tiles maching to the existing finish & disposing of debries etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying three or more coats of acrylic elastomeric water proof exterior coating of Raincoat of M/s. Dr.FIXIT Apex Stretch of M/s. Asian Paints / Weather shield Max of M/s. ICI Deluxe or other approved equivalent make and shade over the sand face / synthetic plaster / form finished surfaces / rough cast plaster at all locations as required, thoroughly mixed and applied at an interval of 6-8 hours for each successive coats and ensure consumption of 0.46 liter/Sqm for 3 & more coats, including preparation of surface, cleaning and filling the cracks and crevices with Latex caulking crack filler etc. complete generally as per the manufacturer's specification and as directed by the EIC.
