Taking out from trenches or wall/ pole or pipe cable LT 1100 volts grade heavy duty , armoured with steel strip of wire of any core, any size upto 400 Sqmm, rectification of faults or replacement, seggregating serviceable and unserviceable cable, checking the length by meggering or any other suitable and recommended method, keeping aside serviceable cable for reuse at same location or any other location, removing unserviceable cable from site complete all as specified and directed. Note: Exacavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ.

Laying, jointing, commissioning and testing of cables in trenches or fixed to wall/pole or passing through pipe LT 1100 Volts grade heavy duty, armoured, aluminium conductor cable (serviceable cable retrieved under srl item 1 above shall be used) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, commissioning and testing in trenches or fixed to wall/pole or passing through pipe cable LT 1100 volts grade heavy duty, XLPE insulated , armoured heavy duty aluminium conductor cable electric cable, size 6 Sqmm x 2 core omplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sub class ‘B’ bricks old size laid flat over the cable abutting each other, (width of protection being equal to length of brick) for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 ( using 40mm graded stone aggregate) for foundation of pole / stay including necessary form work etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Note: Earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ.

M&L for errection of steel tubular pole 9mtr long with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP 31, painitng with anti corrosive paint internally complete and externally upto planting depth, alternative green & white strips of 30cm height upto 1.5 mtr above ground level and writting of Pole No. with black paint including dismantling of old un-serviceable Steel poles complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully ACSR conductor of any size from LT OH Lines after unbinding from insulators for replacement of multijointed / undersize conductors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for ACSR conductor of any size drawn straight horizontal on over head lines on poles, binding with insulators using aluminium binding wire, jointing jumpers etc, making connections of incoming and out going cables complete all as specified and directed.

Restringing and restretching ACSR conductor and GI wire reterived under item No 33 including binding with insulators using aluminium binding wire, making connections of incoming and out going cables complete all as specified and directed.

Restretching aluminium conductor or GI wire on existing over head lines without removing, unbinding from insulator, rebinding to insulator using aluninium binding wire, making connections of incoming and out going cables, binding with spacers where required, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Length of each conductor shall be measured seperately for payment purposes.

M&L for GI wire 4mm dia drawn straight horizontal as continuous earth wire on poles or fabrication of cradles including taking down old un-serviceable GI wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed including paintin one under coat, one finishing coat of alumn paint over of a coat of primer including taking down old rusted iron complete all as specified and directed..

Taking down/Dismantling insulators carefully any type, any size complete all as specified and directed..

Fixing only serviceable insulators retrived under item No. 34 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for shackle type insulators 100mm high, 115mm dia porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulators for working pressure 1100 volts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pin insulators size 65 mm height and 100mm dia, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulators for working pressure 1100 volts complete all as specified, required at site or directed.

M&L for stay assembly using GI stay rod 20mm dia complete with stay plate mild steel of size 300x300x6mm thick, stay bow complete all as specified and shown in Electrical Plate No 1 . including taking down old stay assembly complete all as specified and directed. Note: Necessary earth work, stay wire, loop insulator, clamps and PCC shall be measured and paid for seperately.

M&L for Galvanised stay wire of size 7/4mm (Grade-2) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for loop type insulator large size porcelain vitirious of size 90 x 140 mm clearence of hole 16mm complete all as specified and directed.

Trimming up of tree branches upto 3 mtr all around LT overhead lines, removing cut branches from site as directed, Note :- (i) The overhead lines shall be kept clear from all trees by trimming of tree branches with 3 mtr all around the line. Necessary permission shall be obtained from department by contractor one day prior to trimming in particular area and shut down of that area shall be arranged by department. (ii) Distance between two LT poles shall be measured as one span for the purpose of payment, irrespective of the No of trees required to be trimed. (iii) Fortnightly inspection of lines shall be made jointly by contractor / his authorised rep and rep of Engr-in-Charge. Out come whether lines are free from tree branches or otherwise shall be kept on records for payment payment purposes. (iv) The OH line shall be maintained for whole period of contract. Payment of this item shall be made under final bill only. (v) The payment for the period for which line is not maintained shall be deducted proportionately based on fortnightly inspection carried out as detailed above.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing LT bus bar chamber outdoor type of size not less than 500x500x300mm, cubical floor mounted type (IP-54 degree of protection ) made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet, painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (powder coated), bus bar 300 Amps rating made of aluminium strip with drilled holes for connections, mounted on epoxy based post insulators for 3 phase 4 wire 415 volts 50 HZ AC supply cable entry and exit with suitable size cable gland, including 50x50x6 mm frame (bottom portion of the panel shall be grouted in PCC foundation 1:2:4 type B1 with 20 mm graded stone aggregates, making cable connection (with suitable size of aluminium Lugs) complete including taking down old rusted bus bar chamber complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCCB 320Amps, 4Pole 415Volts, 36kA with fixed thermal and fixed magnetic setting, fixed in exisiting LT panel and making connection with cable by means of suitable size of aluminiumn lugs complete all as apecified and directed. Make : Seimens/Hager/Legrand/L&T/Schneider.

M&L for scraping off old paint of LT panel, making good by necessary welding work (where required) with replacement of suitable items such as hinges, locking handle, nuts, bolts etc, without removing accessories, preperation of old steel surface and painting steel surface internally and externally with two coats of synthetic enamal paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Installation, commosioning and testing street light junction box single door hinged type with proper locking arrangement, outdoor type front openable of size 300x200x150mm (IP-54 degree of protection) made out of 3.15mm powder coated CRCA sheet with 02 Nos aluminium bus bar of rating 100 Amps duly drilled holes for connections, mounted on epoxy based post insulators for single phase 2 wire 230Volts 50Hz AC supply, cable entry boxes, cable gland including 10 Amps MCB SP, mounted on PCC/Steel tubular poles by means of FI clamps of size 40x4mm with nuts and bolts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L GI bracket 1.2m long for mounting security light on LT poles made of GI tubes, light grade 50mm bore, bend to shape and fixed to PCC or Steel tubular pole including 02Nos FI clamps of size 50x4mm fixed by means of suitable size nuts and bolts, painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 56 above but of GI tubing size 40mm bore.

Scraping off old paint fron LT steel tubular poles, preperation of surface painting with 2 coates of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer with painting alternative green & white strips of 30cm height upto 1.5 mtr above ground level and writting Pole No. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down security/street light/flood light fitting of any wattage or size from Pole or high mast lights for repair, checking all wiring and serviceability of all components, repairing of minor faults of any type or repalcing burnt/un-serviceable accessories, refixing at the same or different location complete all as specified and directed. Note: Replacement of burnt and un-serviceable items shall be measured and paid for seperately.

M&L for PVC insulated and FR PVC Round Sheathed, Copper Conductor (flexible) industrial cable, 1100 Volt of size 0.75Sqmm, 3Core, drawn through and including PVC conduit medium grade of dia not less than 20mm and 1.5mm thick and Flexible pipe of suitable size fixed on PCC pole by means of saddles from junction box to Security light connector including making connection of cable with MCBs through proper size copper/brass pin type thimbles complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1Rm of wire with 1Rm of PVC conduit shall be measured as 1unit.

M&L for PVC insulated and FR PVC round sheathed cable, solid aluminium conductor (flexible), 1100 Volt of size 2.5Sqmm, 2Core from LT overhead aluminium conductor to Security light connector duly secured with pole by means of binding wires complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling security/street light fitting of any wattage or size, addition alteration in existing bracket by cutting/welding GI tube, light grade of suitable size for mounting the light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

S&F LED street light 45W 230Volts with surge protection not less than 4KV in-built driver & minimum 10KV separate in the light housing, powder coated pressure die cast aluminium housing, IP 65 protection, high power LED street light with heat resistent toughtned glass lens and making electrical connection with twin core twisted copper conductor flexible copper wire of suitable size from street light to junction box complete all as specified and directed. Notes: 1. Driver shall be potted antivibrational type. 2. LM-79 and LM-80 for 50000 burning hours to be produced. 3. CRI (Colour rendering Index) of the fixture shall be >70. 4. CCT( Colout correlated temperature) of fixture shall be 5700K ±300K. 5. System lumens efficacy shall be > 100Lm/W. 6. 10Kv surge protection shall be provided as part of fitting. 7. PCB used shall be MC PCB type.

Deduct Total amount of SCHEDUL 'A' SECTION-II (SCH OF CREDIT) Rs 105328.00 ( to be deducted from Schedule ‘A’ (BOQ) to arrive at the Contract Sum.
