Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

With all lead and lifts as for the directions of the engineer in charge.A copy of the Income Tax return filed for the assessment year 2025-26 with mentioning the PAN & TAN Nos.KPWD Class-IV and Above.Corrigendum/Addendum will be published in the E- Procurement website for all modifications/Corrections if any.Tender/Contractor should compulsorily have EPF certificate.Contractor has to provide necessary machinery and materials required for the work. Quality of the materials supplied should be certified by competent authority and any machinery and materials will not be supplied by Department.Without assigning any reason whatsoever tender evolution authority has right to accept/ reject any tender.Conditional tenders are liable to be rejected.The contractor should abide by the directors of the government towards recovery of 1% (or as modified by govt from time to time) cess from the contractor provisions of building and other construction of works welfare cess Act 1996.PAN no. and TIN no. of the bidder must be enclosed.After completion of the tender work contractor has to compulsorily maintain the work (Defect Liability period) as per the tender document

Corrigendum will be published in the web site (kppp.karnataka.gov.in) for all modifications/corrections, if any

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have Annual Turnover Certificate (in all classes of Civil Engineering construction works only) in the last five years i.e.,2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24,2024-25, 2025-26.Achieved in at least One financial years a minimum financial turnover of estimated amount put to tender (in all classes of Civil Engineering construction works only) as stated below, along with Balance sheet certified/attested by Chartered Accountants which should be uploaded with 18-Digits system generated unique number UDIN Number. (An additional weightage of 10% for each year will be considered).
