M&L checking the serviceability of different spares / components / parts of security light fittings (HPSV, HPMV, Metal Halide, T-5, LED Lights, Post top, Trafic light fittings etc, any wattage/capacity) of any description and in any position, replacement of un-serviceable/damaged/ broken part(s) other than those mentioned in item No 2 , 17,18 & 19 below either in single or in combination, re-assembling the fittings and making the light fittings serviceable, fixing the fittings in position, connecting to electric supply and its testing on installation complete all as specified and directed.

Note for item No. 1.00 :- (i) New parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of schedule as 'Supply only'. (ii) Necessary T&P i.e. ladder, tools etc required for checking and making the light fittings in serviceable conditions, its fixing in position and testing shall be arrangedare demmed to be included in quoted rate for checking and fixing of street light fittings/security light fittings of any description on poles / on walls / on pillars etc i.e. in any position at site. (iii) Required screws, insulating tapes, internal wiring wire , gaskets and other minor items excluding the required spares parts for repairing and making the street light fittings/security light fittings in serviceable condition, will be arranged & supplied by the contractor and cost of which is deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor in above item including rectification of cable fault & over head fault by fault finding/identification. (iv) Contractor shall be paid only one time the labour charges quoted above in Schedule `A' items for a particular fitting repaired irrespective of the number of times labour and resources arranged by him to check the serviceability of the fittings and replacement of unserviceable / defective parts in order to maintain the fittings in serviceable/working condition. (v) Contractor shall attend the said job as and when ordered by Engineer-in-Charge and replace the spare parts / fittings immediately witout loosing the time. (vi) Immediately, on acceptance of contract, material shall be brought by the contractor on priority basis after getting approved and attend the complaint on priority basis. (vii) Site of work is scattered in Domestic and Technical area and the contractor shall consider this aspect while quoting the rates. (viii) Contractor's supervisor shall attend the office of AGE E/M at 0900 hrs every day (except holiday) to get the task / location / nature of compaint and in the evening, shall give feed back of compaint.

Supply only 1.5 sqmm twin core PVC insulated and sheathed copper conductor multistrand cable for electric connection from overhead line / junction box to street light ,all as specified and as directed.

S&F as in repairs street light bracket made of GI Pipe 25 mm dia light grade 1.5 Mtr in length, bent to required shape fixed with 2 Set of MS Clamps made out of flat iron 40x4mm, incl bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

S&F as in repairs Junction box (Bus bar chamber box) of size 250 x 200x 105 mm made out palstic suitable for 415 Volt, 4 Way TPN 4 way terminal 63 amps with 01 No. MCB, SP, 6 Amp, 240 volts, 10 KA for controlling the street light complete fixing arrangement to the pole with nut, bolts and washers including providing the electrical connection for incoming / outgoing cable through proper lugs/thimbles ,all as specified and as directed.

S&F as in repairs GI pipe 40 mm dia, light grade for cable protection fixed along the pole, with suitable size MS Clamps made out of 25x3mm thick flat including nuts bolts and washers ,all as specified and as directed.

M & L for prepration of old painted steel tubular pole 9 meter height by scraping with steel wire brush and cleaning the rust of pole and cross arm and applying two coat of Aluminium paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer above 1.5 m height and painting red and white strips ( 30 cm width ) with synthetic enemel paint upto 1.5 m height from bottom point, and writing the exhisting pole number with black paint in yellow circle of dia 150 mm , complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for painting with one coats of synthetic enamel paint on prestressed concrete pole(9 mtr ht) pole from 1.5 mtr above the GL and balance 1.5 m from ground level will be painted by synthetic enamel paint in alternatively black and white strap of 30 cm after scraping /removing the existing paint and the preparation on the surface of RCC LT pole. Pole No will be written on pole by black paint in yellow circle of 150 mm dia complete all as specified and directed..

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded,galvanized steel strip or wire armoured,electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sq mm 4 core , including taking out exhisting cable , complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded,galvanized steel strip or wire armoured,electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sq mm 4 core , including taking out exhisting cable , complete all as specified and as directed.

Rpair to street panel board indoor / outdoor type of any capacity having Incomer & out going MCBs, timer switch and power contractor by carrying out the following works:- (i) Cleaning incomer switches, bus bar & out going switches etc thoroughly by mechanichally. (ii) Replacement of rusted bolts & nuts, screws, thimble etc as per existing. (iii) Replacement of Incoming / out going switches as per existing make & model. (iv) Replacement of timer switch and cortractor as per existing make & model. (v) Replacement of control wiring with suitable size as per existing copper wire (vi) Making the locking arrangement functional including welding if required (vii) making proper connections for out going / incoming cable by providing suitable thimble as required. Note: MCBs, timer switch and contractor shall be measured and paid separatly as 'Supply only' against respective item of this Schedule..

Supply only LED constant current driver for 45W light fittings as per existing make complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 with 20 mm graded aggregate for pole coping above ground level including form work and finishing to all exposed surfaces without using extra cement , all as specified and as directed.

S&F as in repairs Aviation light 2 x 10 watt fitting complete LED type doble with alternate flashing and dusk automatic control housing cast aluminium base with red diffuse lens , complete all as specified and as directed .

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exeeding 1.5 m deep, getting out the excavated earth bottom surface to required gradient complte all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Serviceable bricks shall be stacked for reuse and Old unservicable bricks shall be sold to contractor under Sch of credit. (ii) Existing sand cushioning shall not be removed. (iii) In case different strata is met with during excavation, contractor shall not claim extra on this account.

Returning filling in, and including spreading and leveling in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Removal of excavated material such as soils n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point.

Material and labour well burnt old size sub Class ‘B’ bricks, laid flat, in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour only for laying well burnt old size sub Class ‘B’ bricks, laid flat, in trenches for cable protection obtained from srl no 30 above complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for tibba sand for filling in trenches below and around underground cables for cushioning of cables etc, complete all as specified.

Dismantling, taking out existing LT steel Poles complete with street light carefully for use from its original position and shifting to new location

Erection only of LT steel Poles 9 m long complete with streetlight of any type in truly vertical position with and including PCC for foundation and coping complete all as specified and as directed

Supply, install and errect in true vertical position steel tubular swaged welded poles single 9.0 mtr long complete with MS base plate of 6 mm thick of size 300mm x 300mm, finial taper plug, pole cap, bolts, nuts and washers and screwed, pole made out of ERW MS tubing conforming to IS-2713 ( Part II),1980 type 410-SP-31, L.T pole including pole mounted bracket for fixing of street light 1.2 m long ,drilling of holes of required size and Nos for fixing of cross arms, painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint for exposed surfaces and two coats of black bituminous paint for portion embeded in concrete, painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer ,including taking down old pole ,complete all as specified and directed . Note : Excavation incl PCC etc in post hole in any type of strata and coping shall be included in the unit qouted rate and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account .
