REPLACEMENT OF GEN SET OF MAIN OFFICE CDA PATNA WITH NEW GEN SET OF 400 KVA CAPACITY UNDER GE DANAPUR

Supply,installation, testing and commissioning of silent Diesel Engine driven generating set of capacity 400 KVA/ 320 KW, 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire,50 Hz engine as per IS:10001/ 10002 and Alternator as per IS: 13364 at power factor 0.8, noise level below 75dB, fuel tank capacity 850 litres, battery 180 AH X 2 Nos, 24 Volt including suitable battery charger complete with as per manufacturer specification For Engine -08 nos. of cylinder, 1500 RPM rated speed, with Lube oil sump capacity of 40 litres, and coolant tank capacity of 63.2 litres and DEF capacity (minimum) 90 litres or higher as per ISO 22241 For Alternator- insulation class-H, IP-23 solid state protection, efficiency at full load not below 93.4%, permissible voltage drop less than 20%, short circuit ratio is 0.629 and with PCC/RCC foundation (as per OEM design) with relay panel and switch gears for automatic starting on main failure, control panel (AMF Panels), having meter and sound proof canopy as per CPCB IV+ emission compliant / norms complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 3.5 core, 240 Sqmm 1100 volts grade, of following sizes complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5 m wide and n.exc.1.5 m deep in any type of soil and forming bottom surfaces for laying of cable/ foundation of poles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying sand cushioning for cable protection in trenches 8 cm before laying of cable and 15 cm thick over the cable complete all as specified and ditected. Note: Punned down thickness shall be taken for payment purposes.

Supply & laying sub class 'B' bricks for protection of cable laid dry flat across the cable with width equal to the length of whole bricks complete all as specified and ditected.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance n exc. 50 m and deposited where diredted at a lavel not exc. 1.50 m above the starting pont complete all as specified and directed.

Boring, holes for inserting of 50/80 mm bore GI pipe under the road/hard standing or any other location not less than 1200 mm deeep complete all as specified and ditected.

M & L GI pipe 80 mm bore light grade fixed on pole/under road/on wall for protection of cable including all fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply ,fabrication, installation and testing of LT Panel out door type factory made CPRI Approved, water and vermin proof protection of suitable size made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet dully supported with mild steel angle iron of size 40 x 40 x 5 mm vertical frame and legs with mild steel flat iron 40 x 40 x 5 mm in horizontal sides of the frame with front and back side openable ,single hinged door / shutter with locking arrengement and powder coated finish both internal and external steel surfaces after necessary preparation of steel surfaces including providing PCC (1:3:6) type C2 foundation using 40 mm graded stone aggregate of suitable size and connections of all outgoing / incomming cable inclusive of necessary excavation and earthwork as required including the following fitment accessories and also including removing old exisisting one complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Rate of earthwork and PCC work are deemed to be inclusive in this item.
