M & L for Dewatering the existing UG sumps of the following capacity and cleaning the internal wall and bottom surface of sumps to remove all scales, mud and other foreign materials using water and scrubbing with coir/jute/wire brushes and washing the surfaces with fresh water , cleaning the surfaces with mixture of bleaching powder and water and finally washing with fresh water and treating with one coat of white wash to internal walls botom surface and ceiling of sump complete all as specified and as directed . Note :- Writing in BLOCK letters using black synthetic enamelled paint as background with white paint letters (colour as approved) on only surfaces 50mm high denoting " CLEANED ON (DATE) DUE ON (DATE)' including removin the existing letters all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for Repairs of foundation of motor pump set of 7.5 HP to 20 HP by removing and taking out pump motor from foundation by unscrewing the nuts bolts and keeping away, cutting, welding and machining with flat iron or channel as required for strengthing the foundation plate, cutting and replacing / shifting and welding at proper place on motor foundation inclouding PCC work at required at site, replacement of foundation nut bolts, washers, with accurate reallignment of motor with pump to avoid viabration and smooth running of pump on full load testing and commissioning all as directed .

M&L Dimantling and taking down the electric motor from the foundation on and transportation of contractor repairing bay for rewinding with proper/machine gauge copper insulating wire with insulating material, warnishing heating and reassembly the same with replacement of bearing both side (DE/NDE), installation and commissioning the same with proper allignment on existing foundation with accessories for following capacities :- : -

Rewinding the submersible motor with super enamelled wire of existing gauge and weight in the coil terms with other materials for 3 phase 415 volts , 50 Hz after cutting replacing of warn-out bolts, nuts including changing of bearing all as directed of capccity 7.5HP

Servicing of submersible pump sets 7.5HP multistage self priming including painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint and replacing of following parts all as directed :- (i) Bearing of pump (ii) Suction strainer (iii) Work out nuts and bolts

Supply and replace MS float weight into Stainless steel float weight of size 1 ' x 1' x 1' including necessary hook and counter weight and scrathing and painting the guages , marking the levels with synthetic enamel paint complete for Underground sump all as specified and directed

Supply and replace fully automatic star delta starter suitable for pump of the following capacity including dismantling the old one complete all as specified and directed . Make : L & T or equivalent

Dismantling and taking out the existing unserviceable jocky pump installed at Roof top by disconnecting the cable connection suction and delivery pipe lines of the pump set, separate the motor from pump, transporting to workshop, removing the burnt out winding from slots, cleaning the starter and rotor slots with CTC and emery paper and rewinding motor with the existing size of new super enamelled copper winding wire and insulating by using class 'B' insulation keeping for drying, bring back to site,reassemble the motor and pump, fixing in position, connecting electric connections testing and commissioning for its satisfactory performance including taking down old unserviceble copper winding complete all as specified and as directed for the following capacities : -

M & L for repair of water level indicator installed on water OH tank /Sumps etc including taking down the same for overhead tank /sumps etc assembling complete in replacement of any size after replacement of following items. Note:- The items to be replaced is measured and paid separately.
