For Hiring and Providing GPS Inbuilt Vehicle (With Fuel) for Replacement and Carriage of Damaged Distribution Transformer and Material at various workshop and Store under EWD, Agra

To provide GPS inbuilt vehicle with loading capacity of minimum 2 Tonne with 1 No Driver & 2 No Labour for Replacement/Installation/Carriage of Damged/Repair/New Transformers/Material in rural/urban area with Transformer capacity of 10 KVA to 100 KVA & Material as per requirement of workshop. To provide GPS inbuilt minimum 17 feet long vehicle with loading capacity of minimum 5 Tonne with 1 no Driver & minimum 1 no labour for safe carriage/loading/unloading/ replacement/installation of Damged/Repair/New Transformers (160 KVA to 1000 KVA) & Material in rural/urban area as per requirement of workshop to workshop & store to workshop. (Note- Number of labour in 17 feet long vehicle may vary as per requirement of work, the cost of which shall be borne by the contractor.) The vehicle shall also be used in capacity enhancement of Distribution Transformer proposed under Business Plan or for any other work as required by the workshops. (All required vehicles shall be available for 24x7 hours.) All consumable Oil (Diesel, Mobil, & Brake/clutch Oil etc.) and vehicle insurance/fitness/PUC/Road/Toll Tax will be borne by the Contractor. Note;-The Tenderer shall ensure to quote rate as per composite work (job) based on loading capacity of vehicle with required driver/labour and T&P etc.)
