Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frames) exc. 1.5sq.m but not exc. 4sq.m each complete all as specified and directed.

Pressed steel frames made out mild steel sheet 1.25 mm thick, with size of frame 125 mm x 60 mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs,hinges , lock strike plates etc and applying a shop coat of red oxide primer including providing PCC 1:3 :6 type C-0 using 12.5 mm graded crush stone aggregate for filling back of chowkhats complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for polishing of Old surfaces on marble/ granite/ kota stone/ stoe work where ever required, intial preparation includes grounding the surface evenly with machine fitted with fine grade blocks (No. 120) thereafter final grinding with machine fitted with the finest grade grit blocks (No. 320) carried out the day after the first grinding completed. After the final polish, oxalic acid shall be dusted over the surface at the rates of thirty three (33) gms. per square metre sprinkled with water and rubbed hard with pad of wooden rags. The following day the floor shall be wiped with a moist rag and dried with a soft cloth and finished clean complete all as specified.
