Demolition of RCC of any of any description such as kitchen chimney, chajja, shelves, OHT tanks etc andin any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed. (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demoltion)

Dismantling of brick tiles or tertacing tiles single layer on roof & disposal of retrieved material up to distance n.exc 100m where directed, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof disposal off rubbish upto a distance n.exc 100m where directed) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Roof treatment to RCC roof as follows:- (a) Cleaning the roof surfaces thoroughly using wire brushes to remove sharp projections cleaning joints, washing, drying and removing all dirt/dust to receive concrete padding/plaster etc. (b) Providing 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4) with WPC, finished even and smooth without using extra cement. (c) Providing one coat of approved bituminous primer @100gms per sqm. over dried plastered surface. (d) Laying 3mm thick APP membrane (mineral finish) reinforced with non woven polyster fabric, by torch application of the overlapping while torching shall be 75mm on longtidinal direction and 100mm on the transversedirection complete all as specified and as directed. MAKE : STP Dr Fixit/Pidilite, Texsa India Ltd/ Tikitar Dansona/Bengal Bitumen Notes: (i) All joints and change in directions should be covered with cement mortar (1:3) mixed with SBR latex @ 200ml/bag of cement/as per site reqmt and cured well before laying membrane by torching. (ii) All angles and abuttments should be sealed well with extra care to ensure full bondage. (iii) Water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by approved authorised applicator of manufacturer only. The name of firm shall be got approved from GE before carrying out the work. (iv) The independent testing of membrane for technical parameters given in particular specifications shall be carried out from Govt approved labs.

M & L for Cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 20 to 22 mm thick, machine pressed set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over and including 15mm thick screed in CM (1:4) with and including mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacture specifications, as in roof and floor tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Making benching with PCC (1:2:4) type B0 using WPC as per manufacturer's instruction along side wall adjoining to roof in concave shape complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Cutting or uprooting grass on old mud phuska, removing rubbish off the premises, cleaning surface and preparing to receive new mud plaster complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 40mm thick brick tiles (Except tiles) laid on mud mortar and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement on mud phuska complete all as specified & directed.

M&L 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 with water proofing compound and finishing top surface even & smoth as in roof slab /sunken floor , etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (1) Only coarse sand will be used. (2) Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item in this BOQ.

M&L for Liquid water proofing compound etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quions, arches , pillars etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 M means radius built in CM (1:4) using old size bricks complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:4 but except bricks (old serviceable bricks to be used) complete all as specified. Note : The rate includes for cleaning of old bricks.

Demolition of Cement Concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided.etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick wall plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of Dr Fixit pidecrete URP in sunken floor portion of toilets & bathroom, chajja, staircase. etc by using URP + cement in the proportion of (1:1.5) and making pedicrete solution and applying by brush. etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10, type E-2 as in filling of sunken floors etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Non skid floor tiles, colored, of size 400x400x7mm thick or of size as approved as in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigments to match over and including the provision of 15 mm thick bedding layer in cm 1:6 etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Glazed ceramic colored tiles of size 300x450x6mm thick or of size approved in dado, set and jointed in neat cement on and including the provision of 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement palster in CM 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces other than fair faces finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc. complete all as specified and as directied.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, surface finished fair and even complete all as specified and as direcetd.

Taking down cement plaster on brick work or concrete surfaces etc including raking out joints or hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as direcetd.

Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls, applying 3mm thick wall care putty on wall and two coats of distemper oil emulsion over one coat of priming plastered surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a alkali resistant priming coat complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down rain water pipe and eaves gutters (any size and pattern) incl all fittings heads shoes bends swan necks etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC 110mm bore (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls.etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing GI tubing 15mm bore medium grade with all fittings and fixed to walls & ceilings or laid in floors, complete all as specified and directed .

Refixing old GI tubing 15 mm bore pipe and connections in new or old position including cleaning as on walls ceiling floors etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling water tanks and removing to store (exc 250 & n.exc 500 ltr). etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Rotational moulded polyethylene 500 Ltr capacity water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:- Net contract sum shall be calculated after deduction of Sch of credit.
