Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5m in depth, for foundation etc, for pipeline, man hole not exc. 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 1 above but exceeding 1.5m not exceeding 3.0m in depth and getting out in any type of soil for Pipeline/ Manhole all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concrete and benching and under road cutting including finishing smooth surface and match with the roads surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 150mm dia pipe HDPE Double Wall Corrugated class SN8, Laid and jointed complete with collars all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 200mm dia pipe HDPE Double Wall Corrugated class SN8, Laid and jointed complete with collars all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing Pre-cast cement concrete block masonary with solid blocks, type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, exceeding 10 cm in width and set in cement mortar 1:4 in mortar, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonary or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 10 mm thick rendering cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonary or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing RCC M-30 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) Raft foundation including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for column etc, basement slab and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing RCC M-30 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) slabs supported on walls, beams and column in floors, roof, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing RCC M-30 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and like any thickness above top of footings including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for TMT HCR / CRS bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to TMT Bars complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of steel form work as in soffits of floor or roof slab, beam complete all as directed

Use and waste of steel form work to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar works as in curved surface including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc., vertical or to batter complete all as directed

Supply and fix C.I step in C.C grade FG 150, unmachined, articles exceeding 5 kg each complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing Reinforced Precast cement concrete Cover slabs in cement mortar 1:4 and haunching with cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 RCC manhole covers and frames, heavy duty, any type and size circular Manhole cover with frame all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in with excavated soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm, in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour of sand filling under trenches or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for demolition of Brickwork or Stone / boulder masonary, built in cement mortar, manholes including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as directed

Material and labour for demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including removal of debris to ouside MD land complete all as directed.

Construction of 50 user RCC Septic tank designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, RCC M-30 Design Mix in Walls, Base Slab, Baffle walls and Roof Slab including beams etc with Vent shaft , manhole openings with cover connection etc., including reinforcement as shown on drawing No. AFB/TD/228/04 Sht 1/1 & AFB/TD/228/2018 (S) Sht 1R/1 complete with effective depth of 1.5 meter and overall depth of 3 meter complete all as specified and as directed.

Construction of soakage well of size 1.8m dia X 3.0m effective depth, excavation, in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M25 concrete, RCC cover slab in M25, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in - charge.

Construction of 100 user RCC Septic tank and filter bed designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, RCC M-30 Design Mix in Walls, Base Slab , Baffle walls and Roof Slab including beams etc with Vent shaft, manhole openings with cover connection etc., including reinforcement as shown on drawing No. AFB/TD/228/04 Sht 1/1 & AFB/TD/228/2018 (S) Sht 1R/1 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in - charge.

Construction of soakage well of size 2.4m dia X 3.0m effective depth, excavation, in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed brick masonry with top ring of M25 concrete, RCC cover slab in M25, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in - charge.

Construction of 150 user RCC Septic tank and filter bed designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, RCC M-30 Design Mix in Walls, Base Slab , Baffle walls and Roof Slab including beams etc with Vent shaft, manhole openings with cover connection etc., including reinforcement as shown on drawing No. AFB/TD/228/04 Sht 1/1 & AFB/TD/228/2018 (S) Sht 1R/1 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in - charge.

Construction of soakage well of size 3m dia X 3m effective depth excavation, in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed brick masonry with top ring of M25 concrete, RCC cover slab in M25, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in - charge.

Material and labour for demolition of reinforced concrete (cover slab) of any description any position including removal of debris to ouside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of steel formwork to rafts and beam, side of soffits (if any of sides) of concrete foundation, footings, base of columns foundation and plinth beam for rough finished curve surface complete all as specified and as directed.
