Tender for the Supply, Installation and Upgradation of Subject Laboratories on Turnkey Basis under the KHET Project

The Bidder must be a registered company in India under the Companies Act 1956 or 2013 a Partnership firm under the Partnership Act 1932 or a Proprietary Concern and must have been in business for at least three 3 years FY 2023-24 FY 2024-25 and FY 2025-26 as of 31-03-2026

As on the bid notification date, the Bidder must not be blacklisted or under declaration of ineligibility for corrupt fraudulent, unethical business practices or unsatisfactory performance by the Government of India State Governments or Central or State PSUs.

The Bidder must possess a consolidated positive Net Worth as on the last date of each of the preceding three (3) financial years (FY 2023-24, FY 2024-25, and FY 2025-26)

The Bidder must have executed turnkey laboratory upgradation or similar institutional infrastructure works during the last three (3) financial years (FY 2023-24, FY 2024-25, and FY 2025-26) for Schools, Colleges, Universities, Government Departments, or PSUs. The scope must encompass: modular laboratory furniture/equipment, ICT/digital teaching aids, electrical & power-backup systems (UPS/DG sets), safety and security systems, and associated integration/commissioning

The Bidder/OEM must hold valid certifications for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2015.

The Bidder or OEM must possess a valid All India Occupational Therapists Association AIOTA Certificate for ergonomic design and performance

The Bidder/OEM must hold a valid GreenPro Certificate (issued by CII-IGBC) for the offered products (Furniture Items), confirming adherence to environmental sustainability and lifecycle standards

General Bidders: Minimum Average Annual Turnover of Rs 300 Crore across the last three (3) financial years (FY 2023-24, FY 2024-25, and FY 2025-26) Micro & Small Enterprises (MSEs) for manufacturing of laboratory furniture: Minimum Averagen Annual Turnover of Rs150 Crore across the last two (2) financial years (FY 2024-25 and FY 2025-26)

The Bidder must have successfully executed similar project(s) in any one of the last three (3) financial years (FY 2023-24, FY 2024-25, or FY 2025-26) meeting the following aggregate value thresholds: General Bidders: Minimum aggregate value of Rs 120 Crore.Micro & Small Enterprises (MSEs) for manufacturing of laboratory furniture: Minimum aggregate value of Rs 60 Crore.Qualifying works must pertain to laboratory furniture, ICT/teaching aids, electrical/power systems, safety/security equipment, or composite laboratory infrastructure for Government Bodies or PSUs.

The Bidder and OEM must mandatorily comply with all provisions specified in Karnataka Government Order No: FD 455 Exp-12 2020 Bengaluru Dated 25/08/2020 and 29/03/2021
