Note : - The cleaning of Septic tank, soak pits, Man holes and Sewer lines shall be done mechanically with all safety preventive measures for the workmen employed and cost of the same including accidental coverage insurance shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted in corresponding items.

Cleaning of septic tanks by bailing out fluid, removing sediments, sludges washing septic tanks floor and walls with fresh water cleaned with wire brush, filling with fresh water and little quantity of well digested sludge complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge for the following capacity of septic tanks. Note: The quoted rate shall be inclusive of following:- (i) Solids/sludges removed from septic tank to be filled in excavated pit 3metre away from Septic tank and covered with mud. (ii) Surrounding area of septic tank shall be cleared off from shrubs and other wild growth all-round 3metre away from the outer edge of the wall.

Material and labour for Mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia of grade Fe 500, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming all as specified

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth with out using extra cement mixed with WPC @ 3%by weight of cement. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.
