REPAIR/MAINT OF CENTRAL/PACKAGE TYPE AC PLANT AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS AT AF STN HASIMARA UNDER GE (AF) HASIMARA.

Note 1:- (Applicable for all parts/items) : The biidders/contractors are advised to read tender documents & all corrigendum/amendments and general condition of contracts before entry/quoting the rates. Note 2:- Attention to bidder is hereby invited to upload revised BOQ if published during their bid submission. Uploading of incorrect/ pre-revised BOQ shall be treated as non bonafide and rejected. Fixed credit has been given in technical documents which shall be taken into account during acceptance of bid/tender.

M & L for comprehensive maintenance of water cooled scroll chiller plant of capacity 3 X 85 TR, Make – Blue Star, Model No XWC4S-085AR2 with all accessories and sub assemblies, to be carried out through the OEM/ authorised rep / service partner of OEM with prior intimation all as per specified and directed by Engineer in charge for the following plants and equipments. Location: ERS & APU. (i) Scroll type chiller unit 3 X 85 TR alongwith compressor, evaporator, condenser including allied equipment and sub assemblies (02 working + 01 standby). (ii) Control panel of chiller with accessories. Scope of work include following:- 1. Comprehensive Maintenance of AC plant and entire system/ equipments of capacity 3X85 TR in during the entire period of contract including periodical checks i.e quarterly maintenance requirement as per manufacture’s instructions. The above quoted rates covers daily upkeep of AC plant as described above all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for smooth & efficient performance to achieve inside designed conditions throughout the season. 2. Cleaning of inside and outside of the installation and the cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. 3. Contractor shall rectify the fault within 24 hrs or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 4. Contractor shall maintain temperature of AC plants as per direction of Engr-in-Charge or his rep within design limit.

5. During entire contract period any defective components (including compressor) or any other materials which is not specified in Sch ‘A’ but repair/ replace required to make plant / machinery fully functional, the cost of the same is deemed included quoted rates and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect. 6. The cost of transportation and other necessary equipment shall be arranged / brought by the contractor in this effect, hence the bidder / tender is advised to visit the site and assess the quantum of the work to be carried out in the contract and quoted there rate accordingly. 7. Make and model of part to be replaced shall be same as existing at site or as per OEM and cost thereof are inclusive in the rate quoted. 8. Comprehensive / Periodic maintenance means ensuring optimal functioning of AC plant by the synchronizing levels at no extra cost. 9. The contractor shall provide of high skilled mechanic / Technician required for fault during currency of contract period if required. The cost of the same shall be deem to be included above quoted rate. 10 All labour charges for taking out old spares / items and replacing spares, testing, commissioning transportation etc shall be deemed to be including in the above quoted rates. In case expert technician / engineer required for major faults of plant shall be provide by contractor without any extra cost of department. 11. Refilling of refrigerant as per site requirement up to 5 kg included in quoted rate additional refrigerant shall be measured and paid in respective item schedule. 12. The Pre-planned comprehensive maintenance of plant / Attending breakdown is to be carried out through the OEM / authorised rep of OEM with prior intimation, and taking shut down of compressor units / Entire plant completely as and when required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. Unit rate include the preventive maintenance and attending the breakdown as and when required.

All as per item No 01 above but for capacity 3 X 39 TR, Make:- Blue Star, Model No. XWC3S-039AR2, all as per specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Location: ACFTRW.

14. All as per item No 01 above but for capacity 3 X 65 TR, Make:- Blue Star, Model No XWC2YVS-065AR3, all as per specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Location: Parachute Bay.

15. All as per item No 01 above but for capacity 3 X 31 TR, Make:- Voltas, Model No. ACWCUS042DPMN3X169, all as per specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Location: PBL.

Supply only refrigerant gas 410A in factory sealed cylinder, complete as specified and directed.

Supply only refrigerant gas 407C in factory sealed cylinder, complete as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing VLT Microdrive for control 3 phase AHU motor up to 10 KW, Make:- Danfoss or equivalent all as specified and directed. Not for SL 05 & 06:- Labour rate for leak test and top- up of refrigerant gas is deemed to be included in SI item No 01 to 04 in Schedule above.
