12mm cement plaster of mix -1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand)

15mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix - 1:4 (1cement : 4 fine sand)

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacturer on wall surface - water thinnable cement primer

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade - New work. (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint - Royal of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade - two or more coats on new work

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade - Two or more coats on new work.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead - With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

White washing with lime to give an even shade - Old work (two or more coats).

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Supplying fixing and commisioning of Suguna/ Texmo /Sharp 0.5 HP monoblock pumpset slow speed single phase motor. The rate include the cost of pumpset , pumpset fixing in position and test run etc. complete

Providing and fixing aluminimum work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS : 733 and IS : 1285, fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC / neoprene felt etc. Aluminimum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminimum snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings. Dismantling the damaged portion in RCC beams colums and ceiling without affecting the adjacent structure in all floors including the cost of required tools and plantsand cleaning the debris from the site with an initial lead of 100 mts away from the buildings etc., complete Rate quoted does not included cost of providing scaffolding

Cleaning and exposed RCC surface thoroughly by washing the copious quantity of water, removing rust and seals from exposed rafters and providing anticorrosive primer Zinc rich coating CERA ZINC ZR. And cleaning the surface for adequate PH using phenolphthalein indicator.

Applying of bonding coat by using cement slurry added with polimer additive CERA POLYSTER LATEX over the exposed RCC surface or brick surface as per manufacturers mix and application specification.

Providing cement plastering CM 1:3 over the dismantling RCC portion up to a thickness 15-20mm with cement mortar admixed with CERA MICROSEAL at 500gms per bag of cement. The rate quoted includes cost of sand and admixture but excluding cost of cement and providing scaffolding
