Earth work excavation for foundation in all clauses of soils and sub soils to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting and boiling out water whenever necessary et complete complying with standard specification

Supplying and filling in basement with filling River sand in layer of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed etc., complete.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix Using 40 mm HBG metal for basement and flooring layers not more than 15 cm thick including cost and conveyance of materials to site and all other labour charges including consolidation as per standard specification

Brick work in cm 1:5 mix(one cement and five sand )using country bricks ground maded of size 23 x 11 x 7 cm including curing,finishing and cost & Conveyance of all materials etc., complete.

Centering Shuttering including necessary support for plane surface in Foundation and Basement and in all floors using mild steel sheets of size f90cm X 60cm and 10 gauge stiffened welded with steel angles of size s of size 25mm X 25mm X '3mm laid over silver Oak (C.W) joists of size 10cm X 6.5cm (spaced at about 90cm c/c )and supported dy casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia (spaced of 75cm C/C) complying with standard specification.

Supplying fabricating and placing in position of ribbed steel rods for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors etc., complete

Cement Concrete 1: 11/2 :3 mix using 20 mm gauge machine broken hard granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement and fabricating charges, the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, sides and bottong of the slabs, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with CM 1:3 12 mm thick and with kraft paper without claiming etc. as directed by departmental officer etc., complete

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 230mm x 230mm x 20mm of approved quality set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Crushed stone M.Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2%

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:3 10 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all other charges including etc. as per standard specifications.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 12 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all other charges including etc. as per standard specifications.

Paving the floor with scratch proof ceramic tiles of any colour and any size laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20 mm thick and pointing with white cement using 0.4 kg/ Sq.m mixed with colouring pigments to suit the colour of the tiles including finishing the joints neatly complying with standard spcification and as directed by the departmental officers.etc.

White washing two coats with freshly burnt whilte shell lime in all floors including cost of lime, blur powder fevicol type gum, brushes scaffloding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Painting two coats of plastic emulsion paint over wall plastering surface with best approved first quality of approved colour over the one coat of primig etc. complete complying with standard specification ( The paint should be got approved by the departmental officers before use on works) .
