Note:- Contractors whose bid is less than schedule rates have to submit the extra security/ Performance guarantee in accordance of G.O. no. 622/23-12-2012-2 Audit /08, T.C.-2, Lucknow dated 08/06/2012 before issuing of LOI/P.O. copy. (A) If the bid is up to 10% below the estimated cost, the additional performance security required is 0.50% for each 1% below the bid rate. (B) If the bid is more than 10% below the estimated cost, the additional performance security required is 1% for each 1% below the bid rate.
