S & F 150 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors as specified

Demolition of Unreinforced Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Concrete bed to drain pipes for 150 mm dia including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested using PCC 1:3:6 type C2 40mm graded aggregate.

M & L for providing Precast RCC 1:2:4, Type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs [for manholes etc], chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, Shelves and similar articles with plain faces set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Reinforcement TMT steel bars of10 mm dia and over , cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips or welded complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles

M & L for Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in ,built in CM 1:6 .

M & L for Rendering 15mm thick with CM 1:4 on fair faces of Brick masonry surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer In Charge

M & L for Cement concret of type B1, 1:2:4 of (20 mm aggregate) in Benching/Coping , lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed.

Supply only Integral Water Proofing Compound [ISI marked] of approved make.

Clearing of Manholes in any depth by pumping out the sewage water completely removing the sludge and other materials from the Manholes by suitable means and removing all the materials obtained from the manholes outside MD land and clearing the complete area including making good any damages to the line or manholes as required complete all as specifie and directed.

Clearing the blockage in the sewage line 150mm dia bore pipe completely preferably by mechanical means to enable the sewage to flow freely to the next manholes, removal of sludge and other materials obtained from the sewage line outside MD land and cleaning the area complete including making good any damages to the existing line/manholes complete all as specifie and directed.
