Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc and remove all the debris from site and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub-class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement 6 river sand) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Random rubble masonry built in cement Mortar 1:4 uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 using old size bricks complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on wall of any description including racking out joints for key, scrubbing with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in two layers, first layer 10mm thick cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement 6 river sand) and second layer 5mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement 4 river sand) on concrete or brick wall surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying 300mm RCC pipes, class NP3 laid jointed complete with collars laid in trenches including taking down existing pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface etc complete all as directed

M&L for 100mm thick Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (Mix with 40, 20mm graded aggregate and fine aggregate natural river sand) finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth Without using extra cement and Spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green etc complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide & n.exc 1.5m depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard and dense soil complete all as specified and directed.
