Cutting in earth work in all kinds of classification, of soils such as pick work, jumper work blasting work saturated soils including chiseling or any other mixed variety of soils, dewatering and / or removal of slush and other incidentals, lift up to any height stacking excavated soil up to all leads and lifts complete in all respect. The recovery amounting to Rs. 58,931/- @ Rs. 170.00 per cubic metre for 346.65 cubic metre useful stones shall be made from the contractor on pro-rata basis in each running bill.

Excavation in foundation, trenches, etcetra in earth work in all kinds of classification, of soils such as pick work, jumper work blasting work saturated soils including chiseling or any other mixed variety of soils, dewatering and / or removal of slush and other incidentals, lift up to any height stacking excavated soil up to all leads and lifts clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in fifteen centimetre thick layer when required into plinths, sides of foundation etcetra consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth to the disposal point within all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete including with in all leads, lifts, carriage of material and other incidental charges complete in all respect.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint other than white brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Applying Birla White wall care putty over plaster surface after throughly brushing the suface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the suface including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Distempering (Two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with Alkali-resistance primer of approved brand and manufacture after throughly brushing the surface free from mortar droopings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth on walls including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete in all respect.

Wall painting (two coats) with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth including applying of putty a required for making the surface including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

15mm (fifteen millimetre) cement plaster in single coat on the fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior/exterior plastering upto floor all level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (eighty millimetre) in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : fout sand) including curing and carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect.
