Material and Labour supporting pillar constructed of masonry of dimensions as required on site with precast cement concrete solid block masonry in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) 20 mm thick set in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cement morter 1:6 on concrete surfaces finished fair and even all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs LED Indication Lamps 22.5mm dia R, Y, B 240 Volts DC/AC Neon type complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge. [Make: Siemens/ AE/ L&T/ Vaishnav/BCH ]

Taking down/removal of old burnt/damaged LT cable end termination and supply and making new LT 1100 volts termination with suitable size of lugs duly crimped for LT 3 1/2 core armoured aluminium conductor cable after isolating supply to transformer/LT pillar box/LT panel and disconnecting burnt/faulty cable from the bunch of cable gland and connecting back with new nuts, bolts and washers of nickel chromium with petroleum jelly after end termination testing and commissioning for the 3 1/2 core 95 Sqmm to 500 Sqmm cable complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F mild steel section support/staging/chamber cover along with breaking support clamps and back plate fabricated including nuts, bolts, welding and bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed complete all as specified and directed

Supply and Laying in cable trenches, walls, structure LT UG cable XLPE insulated screened PVC sheated bedded galvanised strip armoured electric cable heavy duty 1100 volts fire retardant low smoke grade with standard aluminium conductor of 3.5 core 300 Sq mm size including taking down old unserviceable cables all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no. 8 above but 400 Sq mm 3.5 core.

All as per item no. 8 above but 500 Sq mm 3.5 core.

All as per item no. 8 above but 240 Sq mm 3.5 core.

All as per item no. 8 above but 95 Sq mm 3.5 core.

Material & labour for laying of chequered plates by cutting / making in to the shape providing necessary angular supports and handles with 6 mm dia rod as per the site condition for cable trencehs of various sub-stations alongwith painting of one coat of synthetic enamel over a coat of two coats of redoxide all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of Feeder Pillar boxes/LT panels by cleaning/ rubbing with coarse cloth/ wire brushes to remove dust deposits, oil, grease and repainting by applying one spray coat of synthetic enamel paint without disturbing/ damaging the electrical net work system/ equipment including marking of details of capacity/ rating/ incoming/ outgoing in capital English alphabets with minimum size of letter to be 5cms complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for preperation of painting for new or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer all as specified.

Disconnecting old HT/LT UG cables of size 3/3.5 core 95 to 500 sq mm and draw out from the pipe underneath the jetty slab by lifting the slab covers from power house to jetty, jetty to cope points including making good of the damaged PCC portion, and refixing back the slab covers,supports etc. Note :(a) LT cables after meggering found unserviceable will be the property of the contractor and shall be measured under schedule of credit. (b) Cost for lifiting of jetty slab and refixing shall be measured and paid separately.

Fabricate, supply install, test and commissioning of cope box of size 0.9 length x 0.6 width x 1 meter height made out of 6mm thick MS sheet with 1mm thick FRP coating all over the cope box ,made out of 50 x 50 x 5mm angular iron frame and with provision for bottom cable entry, top opening, hinged lid and two side canopy with cable entry 06 No's and copper bus bars of 2000 Amps capacity and with cable entry 03 No's and copper bus bars of 800 Amps capacity and 80 cm(2x40cm) long fitted with bakelite sheet of 20 mm thick including mounting on RCC slab with cutting and making holes for cable laying including taking down old cope box complete all as specifed and directed. Note: Rate quoted includes cost of breaking the existing jetty slab and finishing work

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 M deep and 1.5 M width and getting out in soft or loose soil for foundation of poles (or) cable laying complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing/excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 M above the starting point all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete (PCC) type D2 1:4:8 using 40mm graded aggregate stone for making foundation of Pole/stay assembly complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Precast cement concrete (PCC) type B1 1:2:4 using 20mm graded aggregate stone for making copings including use and waste of form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Laying only HT/LT UG cables of size 3/3.5 core 95 to 500 sq mm removed under item no.17 above, and placing the removed cables in the same duct after meggering of cables with necessary clamping where required complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for lifting the RCC slab upto 150 mm thick and about 0.2 to 0.6 Ton in weight on Cable duct or cable trench by cutting/chipping the clearance groove all around, keeping aside for removing of all LT/HT cables for cleaning of cable duct and placing romoved H/T cables at the same location after carrying out repairs and for laying of new LT cables including making good the surface with PCC 1:2:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting all electrical connections of LT panel boards/ pillar boxes of 415 / 380 / 230 Volts, 3 phase with bus bar chamber and decarbonizing / cleaning complete LT panel boards/ pillar boxes after removing the complete bus bar from the bus bar chamber, cleaning with CTC and ensure proper decarbonizing including new bakelite of adaquate size where ever required re-fixing the same bus bar and re-connecting all cables with new aluminium lugs of suitable size after applying Becktrol (Red) solution to the spout, checking all the connections, tightening the nuts, bolts, thimbles for incoming and outgoing system complete including renewal of defective/ rusted bolts, nuts, insulators etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F heat shrinkable sleeves suitable for 240Sqmm to 500Sqmm LT UG cable, 415V grade including disconnecting LT UG cable from Transformer/LT Panel/Feeder Pillar Box/Cope boxes and re-connection after completion complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying HDPE DWC pipe of size 120mm (OD) x 103mm (ID) along with connected accessories like couplers, bends, end caps etc. for LT/ HT cable protection complete all as specified and as directed by engineer in charge. M&L Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick,40mm bore medium grade (steel pipe) buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below GL) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal GI, connected to galvanised earth strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.5 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion. S&F MCCB 3 Pole, 630 Amps, 50 kA, 415 volts, 50 Hz adjustable over load 80-100%, with thermal magnetic release Ics=100%Icu, suitable for induction loads, connecting up with necessary spreader links complete all as directed including disconnecting & taking down existing unserviceable MCCBs from LT panels / feeder pillar boxes complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge. Disconnecting and taking out existing old unserviceable copper bus bar of any size or shape and supply and fix new copper bus bar of suitable size and capacity to suit the existing requirement with proper insulators for mounting including reconnecting the electric cables complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Disconnecting and taking out existing old unserviceable aluminium bus bar of any size or shape and supply and fix new aluminium bus bar of suitable size and capacity to suit the existing requirement with proper insulators for mounting including reconnecting the electric cables complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F in repairs, spreader terminals made up of copper conductor suitable for 100 to 250Amps MCCB including connecting up complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge. Make: L&T/ Schneider/ ABB/ Legrand

S&F in repairs, spreader terminals made up of copper conductor suitable for 315 to 630Amps MCCB including connecting up complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge. Make: L&T/ Schneider/ ABB/ Legrand

S&F GI earth strip of size 32x6mm laid in trench or fixed to wall/ pole with necessary clamps and nuts, bolts etc. including taking out unserviceable earthing strip complete all as specified and as as directed by engineer in charge.

M&L for servicing of 10 Ton capacity EOT/HOT crane by taking down the pulley blocks and winch assembly including gear shaft and chains followed by greasing, oiling and overhauling and checking for defects in wheel mechanisms for horizontal and transverse movements including rectification of defects and checking the rails for crane movement and alignment the same including bending, fabrication by welding including necessary reinforcement and connected PCC work and painting the HOT/EOT crane complete including brackets, cross members etc. with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after due cleaning of the entire surface and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per Item No. 37 above, but , EOT/HOT crane 2 to 5 Ton capacity.

M&L for conducting load testing of 10 /5 /2 Ton capacity EOT crane by arranging load for testing and checking for defects if any including rectification of defects and submit the detail test report and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L in replacement of pendent remote of 10 /5 Ton capacity EOT crane as per existing make and model and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L in replacement of Motor with integrated brake of 10/5 Ton capacity EOT crane as per existing make and model and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L in replacement of wire rope of 10/5 Ton capacity EOT crane as per existing make and model and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
