Dismantling of existing damage GI strip earthing from equipment such as motor, Lt panel and other electrical items by cutting old rusted nut bolts and taking out as per site requirement and taking all safety measures.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required. DSR E&M 2022 item no. 5.2.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required. DSR E&M 2022 item no. 5.15.

Making connection of Earthing with existing pump, panel and other electrical items by using welding work or using nut and bolts as required with the help of labor. complete Civil work in all respect as per site requirement and also including material transportation loading unloading charges at site.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In cement mortar. For laying GI earthing strip and dismantling of old strip DSR Civil 2023 item no. 15.7.4

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:3:6(1Cement:3coarses and(zone-III):6graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) DSR civil 2023 item No. 4.1.6

Cleaning of site by removing waste material, plastics, sand and debris by using shovel, bucket, rassa, old dhoti and heavy manual labour, helper along with all tools & tackles etc. as per site requirement

Testing and commissioning of earthing by earth tester and using Four Terminal Earth Tester Instrument, check electrical continuity of all phases with megger. Take measurement in different directions in all parameters.
