Cutting/chipping the spalling concrete surfaces of columns beams facias, slabs & cartilevers etc., and trimming cleaning the surfaces of any thickness to receive guniting/plastering and epoxy treatment all as specified and directed.

Matrial & Labour for water proofing by Epoxy treatment of Over Head Tank in following stages all as per manufacturer instruction. Note: The rate shall be inclusive of scaffolding. a) Cutting of the construction joints in 'V' shaped grooves. b) Drilling of holes in the honeycomb portions. c) Patching the entire 'v' shaped grooves with cement, admixed with quick setting compound . d) Next the grouting is be done with Intraplast EP - a free flowing grout mix. All these operations are made from outside the Reservoir filled with water. e) Fixing of PVC nozzles for grouting with quick setting compound admixed with cement. Inject the cement mixture with intraplast EP through the nozzle by hi pressure injection pump. f) Now the water to be made empty and a water proofing coating to be made in 2 coats in the inner walls of the tanks with Tank Coat Epoxy Coating (Potable Water grade).

Material & Labour for welded steel wire fabric n. exc. 4 Kg/Sqm supplied and fixed wherever required, complete to wood and steel member and over Guniting/plastering in CM 1:4 average 20 mm thick finishied even and smooth using extra cement to level the surface etc of over head tanks where required complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 75 mm thick cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6, using 40 mm graded aggregate as in plinth protection, finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement including making proper joints with bitumen mastic with sand as per specification at an interval of 3m complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparing of new or untreated plastered surfaces and applying two coats of antifungal paint over one coat of primer on walls etc and all as specified and directed. Note: The rate shall be inclusive of scaffolding if required.

Material & Labour for complete removal of old painted surfaces and applying two coats of antifungal paint on one coat of alkali resistant primer on walls etc all as specified and directed. Note: The rate shall be inclusive of scaffolding.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix mild steel framed work such as grills gratings etc with ends of bars shoulder and or riveted or forged into spikes framed guard bars barred iron doors ladders framed balusters walk ways railings framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe290. Gde - E- 165 complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new painted steel surfaces of any description, not exc. 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer.

Make: Bajaj ENXT P 45LWW CR PC SD or Crompton LSTS-45-CDL-M or Havells ENDURAPEARLNEOSL48WLED757SASYTOPC or its equivalent in specified makes.

Supply & Fix for 32 mm dia GI tubing light grade bracket over all 1.2 mtr length with cutting as required and bend to shape with flat iron clamp of size 32 mm 2 Nos, suitable size of nut bolts and washers complete for fixing street light fittings on electric poles including taking down old unsv / fully rusted existing unsv one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix street light box of PVC make sintex consisting of 01 No MCB 10 Amps, 10 KA capacity (3 phase and neutral) including aluminium strip bus bar for incoming and outgoing cable with necessary connection duly fixed on the pole with suitable size of MS clamp as approved and directed.

Material & Labour for cutting of existing 100/150 mm dia CI/DI pipe line & insert 'T' of 100/150 mm dia incl complete earth work & end joints complete all as specifed and dierected

Supply, Laying, Jointing and testing ductile iron pipe , K- 7 type with spigot and socket ends of size 100 mm dia laid in treanches including jointing materials etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour construction of brick masonry valve chamber of size 1200mm x 1200mm x 1200mm (Internal dimension) with PCC 1:3:6 foundation 150mm thick, brick work 23cm thick built in CM 1:6, PCC 1:3:6 coping 50 mm thick, plastering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 to all internal and exposed surfaces including excavation earth work in any type of soil, MS sheet cover 3mm thick fixed with angel iron frame 50x50x6mm with locking arrangement embedded in PCC and painting ot MS cover with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix LED Aviation/Obstruction Light: Suitable Aviation Obstruction Lights of reliable design and reputed manufacturer including suitable lamp shall be provided on top of Tank all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & testing PVC insulated, PVC sheathed cable of size 1.5 sq mm ,2 core, 1100 Volts grade, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric control cables (Heavy duty) with stranded copper conductor complete all as specifed and directed

Supply & Fix in replacement water level indicator complete with steel rope PVC float ball, pulley clamp, nut bolts washer including water level indicator board of MS angle iron and MS plate for frame including writing letter for water level with white paint on black surface compplete.
