Supply laying jointing testing and commissioning of 33 KV (E) grade of size 400 sqmm 3 core (Heavy duty)with stranded compacted circular aluminum conductor, conductor screened with extruded semi-conducting compound, XLPE insulated, Insulation screened with extruded semi-conducting compound in combination with Copper tape, cores laid up, inner sheath of Thermoplastic tape, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip armoured and over all FRLS PVC Sheated conforming to IS-7098, part -II with latest amendments laid in Cable Ducts/ trays/ trenches/encased in GI pipes/RCC / DWC HDPE pipes complete all as specified and directed.
Note for Item No 1 (i) Each cable drum not less than 500 Mtr length (ii) The contractor will be responsible for taking permission from appropriate authority i.e. NHAI / IGL / Cantt board or other Units , if needed for the above said cable work necessary payments for work clearence / deposit charges for appropriate authority to be incuded in the rate quoted above (iii) Manual Excavation has be carried out at the places of Services such as of near Existing HT/LT Cables, OFC/ Telecom Cables , Water / Gas Pipe/ Sewage Pipe Lines, Area Drinages and Contractor shall be responsible for rectification of damages immediately on priority to the damages of Services occured during exection of the cable / earth work.

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning 33kV, 1250A, 31.5kA/3-Sec, IAC, AFLR, Gas-Insulated, Fixed-Type VCB Panel arrangement, Indoor suitable, floor-mounted, complying to IEC 62271-200 for design, manufacturing and type-tested, including Internal Arc for operator safety (IAC 31.5kA/1-sec), of Make :ABB Model : GIS ZX 2.0 having, 1 bus Coupler VCB ,1 Incoming VCB and 2 outgoing VCB , all inside gas-insulated IP65 (partition class : partition of metal)Stainless Steel tank (SS304/equiv. of 2mm thickness), flush-front mechanism having lockable access door with mounted bay-protection and control scheme, including LEDs, mimic etc. as prescribed below , also SCADA complying to IEC 61850 :-
Note: A (i) Bus Coupler should be provided with with both front / Farwaded and Back / Rear side Main Bus SF6 Gas Tanks with single bus system of 1250 A capacity to be interconnected / coupled with the existing extendeded type 33KV VCB Panels of ABB Make: Model GIS ZX 2.0 single Bus system comprising of 2 incommer and 2 outgoing for R&RAH having main bus tank on farward / Front side
(ii) Incommer VCB Should be connected between the new provisioned Bus coupler VCB and two newly provisioned out going VCBS with Back / Rear side Main Bus SF6 Gas Tanks (iii) One existing outgoing VCB to be inter changed /provided / coupled to the existing VCB panels having main bus SF6 Gas Tank on Farward / Front Side with proper re-orientation and proper controll wiring and logic controlls (iv) Rate quoted includes the cost of coupling bus bars/ acessories required for assembling of the new VCB with the existing VCB and converting the existing incommer VCB as TIE Feeder and the Magnetic inter lock scheme to be provided with the existing incommer VCB and New Bus coiupler and new Incommer VCB.
The 33KV VCB Shall be compraising of the following Specification / Acessories
(i) Rated voltage/maximum operating voltage - 36 KV, (ii) Rated power frquency withstand voltage 70 KV, (iii) Rated lighting impulse withstand voltage 170 KV,
(iv) Rated frequency 50 Hz, (v) Rated short circuit making current 80 KA, (vi) Rated short time withstand current 31.5 KA,
(vii) Rated duration of short circuit 3 Sec, (viii) Rated opening time ≤ 45 m sec, (ix) Rated break time ≤ 60 m sec, (x) Rated auxiliary voltage 110 V DC.
(A) 01 Nos. Incomer 33kV, 1250A, 31.5kA Fixed-Type Vacuum Circuit Breaker arrangement having motorized spring-charging (Aux: 230VAC), and continuous duty tripping/closing (Aux: 110VDC) with bottom cable entry and series disconnector+earthing mechanism, each comprising of: (i) Set of 03nos. Current Transformers 33kV, 800-400/1-1-1, Core1: Class 5P10, 10VA, Core2: Class 0.5, 10VA, Core3: Class PS-X - Set of 03nos. The 'PS' core will be of suitable knee point voltage to successfully implement Line Differential protection scheme with upstream breaker (ii) Set of 03nos. Line side potential transformers, having ratio 33kV/rt3:110V/rt3, 50VA, Cl.0.5 with isolation and support as required
(iii) IED Type Line Differential Relay with high set and low set (stabilized) with second harmonic restraint to bypass transformer inrush. The scheme will be implemented using Single Mode Fibre Optic protection communication link between local and remote relay.Suitable single mode Fiber optic port shall be part of the relay including connected items like LIU and Patch cord etc(Model of relay to be compatable with the existing line diffential protection scheme). (a) Over current and earth fault protection with minimum pickup at low set of 5% and 1% respectively
(b) Transient/intermittent earth fault protection (c ) Phase discontinuity protection (d) Aux. Protections incl. Trip Circuit Supervision, Circuit Breaker Failure protection, master trip etc. (iv) Main, Numerical, Drawout Protection Relay with large LCD displaying mimic bay for ON/OFF control and monitoring of feeder parameters listed below and built in disturbance recorder cycle.
The relay shall be fully integrated with the feeder, internally capturing feeder statuses incl. Breaker On,Off,Spring.Chrgd, Disconnector On,Off,Earth, Line-Current/Line-Voltage, Trip Circuit Healthy, Gas-Pressure Low in Breaker Chamber, Gas-Pressure Low in Busbar Chamber, AC Supply Fail, Local-Remote switch The relay shall have built-in back-lit LCD screen to show Single-Line-Diagram and other relevant parameters. The relay shall be communicable on IEC 61850 GOOSE platform over RJ-45/USB/FO port, having required protection functions including
(a) Line Differential with high set and low set (stabilized) with second harmonic restraint to bypass transformer inrush. The scheme will be implemented using Single Mode Fibre Optic protection communication link between local and remote relay. Suitable blocking arrangement shall be available to prevent nuisance tripping due to loss of connection, (b) Over current and earth fault protection with minimum pickup at low set of 5% and 1% respectively, (c) Transient/intermittent earth fault protection, (d) Phase discontinuity protection, (e) Synchro-check between Incomer-01 and Incomer-02
(B) 02 Nos. Outgoing 33kV, 1250A, 31.5kA Fixed-Type Vacuum Circuit Breaker arrangement having motorized spring-charging (Aux: 230VAC), and continuous duty tripping/closing (Aux: 110VDC) with bottom cable entry and series disconnector+earthing mechanism, each comprising of (i) Set of 03nos. Current Transformers 33kV, 400/200/1-1-1, Core1: Class 5P10, 10VA, Core2: Class 0.5, 10VA, Core3: Class PS-X - Set of 03nos.
(ii) Main Protection Relay shall be a Numerical Drawout IED Relay communicable on IEC 61850 GOOSE platform over RJ-45/USB/FO port, microprocessor based protection scheme for detecting, indicating and tripping the breaker on various faults like (a) over current+ earth fault protection for HT/LT side. The Relay shall have complete bay control features incl. Large LCD display for displaying Feeder SLD (position indication), integrated ON/OFF control function, three phase current measurement, disturbance recorder cycle, event log and fault record with non-volatile memory, self-supervision. The relay shall have sufficient binary inputs and outputs to receive and issue external commands as listed below :-

(iv) LED Indications - Breaker ON/OFF/TRIP/Spring-Charged, R-Y-B, Disconnector-ON/OFF/EARTH, DC Available (v) 16-Window Annunciator with Ackn/Test/Reset push button and Hooter to indicate following alarms :-
(a) SF6 Gas Pressure Low (Busbar compartment), (b) SF6 Gas Pressure Low (Breaker Compartment), (c) Local Master Trip, (d) Trip Circuit Failure,

NOTE B (i) Make of IED Relay shall be of same Make/OEM of VCB. (ii) Contractor shall take existing site VCB panel data before ordering. (iii) All rates shall be included the cost of inter changing of existing panel/ reorientation / integration of for power cables / control wiring/ data cables to the existing panels and reconnection alongwith new proposed & compatable VCB panels including adapter panel with all rated accessories as per the site conditions (if required) alongwith caliberation of relays desired parameters. Please refere sketch ‘A’ of proposed scheme attached for referene. (iv) All rates quoted shall include the modification of all technical / software / relay configuration to existing incomer VCB as outgoing VCB (Tie Feeder) and calibration of all the new VCB and old VCB to the Up system and down stream Grids for Discrimination chat / Tripping against Faults / over currents/ earth faults/ OFC based diffential protection etc. (v) Rate quoted include the cost of necessary modifications to the existing floor/ cable trenches/ civil work for installation of of the VCB units.

Transformer shall be of BOLTLESS core design. Transformer shall be double wound, core type with low loss, non ageing, high permeability PRIME GRADE, CRGO M-OH/ZDKH/TCH only, Perfectly insulated and clamped to minimize noise and vibrations, core shall be purchased directly from manufacturer of core or from their accredited marketing network and not through any agent. Before placing order for procurement of transformer, the contractor shall submit the credentials in respect of the manufacturer of core and transformer shall be procured only after approval from GE in respect of name of manufacturer of transformer as well as manufacturer of core. The limit of termperature rise after continous full load runs as specified in IS/IEC 60076 shall be suitably adjusted to suit the ambient temperature of maximum 50 degree celsius prevailing at site all as specified and directed including having following characteristics complete all as specified and Directed.
The transformer shall confirm to the latest edition of applicable standard as follows :- (i) IS-2026, for tests and tolerance of guarnteed Particulars, (ii) IS-3639 for Fitting and accessories (iii) IS2099 for Bushing >1000V (iv) IS-7421 for Bushing <1000v (v) IS-1271 for Electrical insulation classified by Thermal stability

(vi) Rate quoted shall include the cost of IED microporcessor based differential relay for transformer protection alongwith control wiring to be installed in exiting control and relay panel of Shankar Vihar yard.
