Rejuvenation of runway surface by applying Polymer Modified Emulsion Rejuvenator at Kushinagar Airport, Kushinagar

Supplying Polymer Modified Emulsion (PME) Rejuvenator recommended by IIT/ government / CRRI brand and manufacturer as per technical specifications inclusive of all taxes & tariffs, transportation, stacking at airport premises etc. all complete as per technical specifications, direction and approval of engineer in charge.

Laying and applying supplied Polymer Modified Emulsion Rejuvenator (PME) as per Item No. 1 on prepared old black top surface/pavement. The old blacktop surface is to be prepared by cleaning through mechnical compressor to remove loose materials, brushing with wire brushes to remove caked mud, dirt, dust etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces using air blowers/pressure jets to remove all loose dirt, rubber deposits complete. and then applying Polymer Modified Emulsion Rejuvenator (PME) in two coats with overall consumption of 1lit/sqm [ 1 Litre (Undiluted) PME diluted in the ratio of 1:1 (Water: PME) to be applied uniformly on 1 Sqm area mixed with mineral filler as per site requirement and ensure uniform finish of PME-Rejuvenator on flexible surfaces] complete as per technical Specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Two year warranty of material performance and application performance shall be obtained from the manufacturer of PME. Warranty will include the fact that structure will remain water tight and no further cracks will be formed, excluding damage caused by natural calamities.

Painting runway/taxi track/apron marking with adequate nos of coats to give uniform finish with road marking paint of superior make as approved by the Engineer-in-charge, i/c cleaning the surface of ail dirt, scales, oil, grease and other foreign material etc. and lining out complete. a) New work (Two or more coats)
