Supply and fabricating street light bracket made out of 40mm bore light grade GI pipe, 1.20m long, bent to required shape & reduced to required dia by providing suitable size GI reducer including providing two pairs of flat iron clamps, made out of 40 x 4mm size flat iron, 30cm long with necessary drilling holes with providing suitable size dia of mild steel bolts & nuts for holding the GI pipe bracket to steel tubular pole and painting the clamps with two coats of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including taking down old unserviceable existing one complete all as specified and as directed. (make of GI pipe : TATA / JINDAL / ITC).

Supply and fix 40mm bore, steel tubings, galvanised, medium grade with all fitting laid across road , in trenches or across PCC drain or along electric pole or floor/wall etc for protection of cable after and including taking up old unserviceable existing pipe complete all as specified and as directed.(Make : TATA/JINDAL/ITC).

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for and for laying of under ground electric cable and getting out in soft / loose all complete as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm in soft/ loose soil rock all complete as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials (soils)to a distance not exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point all complete as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying Sand coarse dry as in cushioning of under ground electric cable in trenches, laid to a uniform thickness of 23 cm (15 cm under the cable & 8 cm over the cable) and gently punned down to 18 cm thickness all complete as specified and as directed. Note : Consolidated Punned thickness shall be measured & paid .

Materials & labour for coloured glazed ceramic tiles of size (300x200mm/350x250mm/450x350mm) of 7mm thick, as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado/riser to steps etc conforming to IS-13712 grade IB-III set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including cement screed bed/backing layer of 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labor for non skid coloured ceramic tiles of 7 to 8mm thick ( Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm but not exc 0.18 Sqm as in floors etc conforming to IS-13712, grade B-II-(a) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and including cement screed bed/bedding layer of 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.
