Dismantling existing water proofing treatment from RCC roof and stone slab including removal of plaster bed below felt / membrane and disposal of the same to distance exceeding 50m but not exceeding 100m as and where directed as specified and directed by engineer In Charge

M&L for Screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound 3% by weight of Cement or as per manufacturer instruction as a base for APP memrane (WPC Compound paid separately)

Supply only intergral water proofing compound.

M&L for water proofing treatment with polymeric standard water proofing membrane 3mm thick of weight not less than 3.60 kgs/sqm with 90 micron high molecular high density polythelene film sandwiched between two layer of polymeric (stats polypropyline based) bitumen laminated on both sides with 20 micron AMEDPE film over a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 kgs/Sqm after priming the plaster surfaces with a bituminuous emulsion (back coat) @ 100gms/sqm membrane shall be fixed unifomly with 10cm over laps by LPG torch flame applying one coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 kgs/sqm over polymeric membrane including cleaning the surface and finally painted with a coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 100gms/sqm over bituminous coat complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding/complete and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300x200mm x 7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the tile laid over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 all as directed.

M&L Coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300x450mm x 7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the tile laid over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 all as directed.

M & L for non skid ceramic coloured joint free tiles with matt finish, 7 to 8 mm thick ( square/ rectangular ) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in paste pigmented to tile shade over and including 15mm thick cement and sand screed (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced of any description and in any position, not otherwise specifically provided for

M&L for waterproofing treatment to RCC sunken slab as specified below. Make: PIDILITE or equivalent. (a) Clean the sunken portion of toilet/Bath/WC/Kitchen throughly to remove laitance, dirt, dust, etc. b) M&L for Making hole and fix 12mm dia GI Nozzle @0.5 mtr c/c on the entire area of sunken portions and applying chemical injection grouting through the nozzles with cement slurry admixture with dr fixit bath seal grouting or other equivalent with pressure pump in 40 PSI.seal off the nozzleand cutting the same after grout has set as specified and directed by engineer in charge (c) Form angle fillet of size 40 mm x 40mm ith cement sand mortar (1:3) admixed with diluted ("Dr Fixit" Pidicrete URP" or equivalent)1:3 (d) Wet the surfaces with water to make it saturated surface dry condition (e) Sanitary pipes entering through walls and floor shall be sealed with " Dr Fixit Bathseal Tape" and the gaps to be grouted with non-shrink cementitous grout " Dr Fixit Bathseal Gruot" or eqvt . Nahani traps , etc to be fitted securely and the gaps around it to grouted in the same manner. (f Apply one coat of Acyrylic polymer modifed cementious slurry coating with "Dr Fixit Bathseal Plus" or eqvt on all angle fillets by brush and cover it with 100 mm open woven mesh when it is still wet. Apply second coat of the same coating on the angle fillets and allow it to dry completelyand turned upto 150mm from FFL and all as per manufacturing specification (g) Ponding test for water leakage will be carried as per IS 3370 part 1 a instructed (h) Applying 15mm thick plaster in C:M 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound 3% by weight of Cement or as per manufacturer instruction (i Plumbing works to be providedaccording to proper level&slope seal off the pipesand back fill the gap properly and Provide 40mm OD UPVC pipe at the lowest point with 300mm projection beyond the outer face of the wall.Then fill up the sunken portion with lean concrete 1:5:10 type E2.

M&L for the tile joint chemical cleaning and re-grouting carefully by washing the existing tille with heavy duty tile cleaner preferbly of M/S Pidilite or equivalent cleaner, again washing with fresh jet water, scratching the joints and filling the same with (white/matching colour) epoxy tile grout of M/s Pidilite, ROFF RTM epoxy or equivalent, or equivalent , curing , cleaning the surface etc, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and as per the sample done at ground level.

M&L for water proofing treatment of External walls, chhajjas DFT: 110 microns by applying two coats of elestromeric coating Raincoat, material covering capabity 3 Sqm per litre in 2 Coats without dilution & 1 coat of efflorescent resistant primer 10sqm/litre/coat after cleaning the surface throughly and sealing all cracks with acrylic sealing compound as per the manufacturers specifications and directions of Engr-in-Charge Make :- Raincoat shall be of PlDlLlTE or equivalent. The product shall have following properties: Elongation > 100% as per ASTM D 412, Tensile strength : 2.5 Mpa as per ASTM D 412, Water Resistance conforming to SS 500, Crack bridging ability conforming to Class A4 as per EN 1062 Part 7, Positive hydrostatic pressure > 7 bar as per DIN 1048, Anti-carbonation property complying EN 1062 Part 6, RCPT conforming to ASTM C 1202.

M&L for providing water proofing plaster at the junction of wall and slab at chajjas, lintels etc, of average thickness 20mm in CM (1:3) with WPC, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed

Making hole and M&L for fixing thr metallic packer for hydrophobic PU foam and Sealer as per manufacturers specification. The PU foam shall have 100% solids and solvent free, and shall expand 30-40 times its volume at liquid stage in presence of water, the PU plain injection shall have minimum 100 CPS viscosity and shore hardness minimum 50. Make: PIDILITE or equivalent

MM&L for treating the dampness of wall with Siliconate injection grout (The spacing of holes shall be 2 Nos holes in every 1m) by making 12mm to 15mm holes at an inclination of 45 degrees to the extent of 112 to 3/4 of the wall thickness and inject the diluted chemical liquid (1 :4) (Min 10 Ltrs), in the lowest possible point by using a pressure grouting machine with a pressure of approximately 3 Kg/sqcm' till the point of return of liquid and seal the treated holes with suitable compound and washed thoroughly the treated areas with water all as directed.

Taking down cement plaster in any description incl racking out joints hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc. Spd and directed by EIC

M & L 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brickwork / concrete surface on wall in CM 1:4 using WPC @ 3% by weight of cement, all as specified and directed Note:- WPC shall be measured seperately.
