Dismantling of aluminium sheet / insulation material from hot or cold piping / equipments for all thickness and type of insulations including disposal as directed by EIC at Plant site.

Refixing of aluminium sheet and insulation mattresses (using old materials).

Supplying, providing & fixing of cold insulations of EXPANDED POLYSTERENE (Type-SE) including jacketing ( i.e. Cold Bituminous primer @ 0.5 litre per Sqm & Aluminium sheet-0.71 mm thick@ 2.77 Sqm approx. per Sqm of insulated surface) for piping/ equipment's as perPPE-984 of 50 to 100 mm. Note:- For Circular Pipe Contractor has to bring Circular Section of Polysterene as per site requirement

Supplying and fixing of Hot insulation using new resin bonded ROCKWOOL machine stiched, machine laid mattress with standard GI wire netting of size 24 SWG x 3/4 inch hexagonal mesh on one side only having density @ 150Kg/m3 of size 1.52m x 1.22 m, matresses for piping / equipments along with new Aluminium cladding sheets of 0.71 mm thickness 22 swg in rolls of width 914 mm conforming to IS specifications complete as per PP-E-984 in following thickness: - Note : (packing of new material should be proper to ensure no damage and no ingress of moisture while handling/transporting). Rockwool shall be conforming to IS-8183. Material test certificate shall have to be submitted along with the delivery. Quantity (Rock wool & aluminium)as mentioned in BOQ shall be submitted in Civil Store before using it.

A high temperature resistant, composite special fibre mat, dully laminated with aluminised glass fabric on one side (IN SIZE 30 CM x 10 METER ROLL). (Thickness - 4.5 + 1 mm)

Double sided adhesive coated, thin translucent tape supplied with siliconised liner( IN SIZE 5 CM x 27 METER ROLL). (Thickness - 0.11 mm Nominal)

A special high temperature resistant fabric tape laminated from one side with super soft aluminum foil using high temeprature resistant fliexible binder and other side coated with adhesive ( IN SIZE 10CM x 20 METER ROLL). (Thickness - 0.20 mm Nominal)

A special fiber mat covered from all sides with an aluminized glass fabric and the dully sealed with an aluminized glass cloth tape( IN SIZE 60 CM x 7.2 METER ROLL IN THICKNESS 12-15 MM).

A special high temperature binderless fibre mat covered from all sides with a special high temperature & tear resistant composite cover material and duly sealed with a high temperature withstanding self adhesive tape( in size 60cm X 7.2 Meter roll in thickness 20-25mm).

Supplying, laying/ fixing of following thickness closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber of class 'O' applied by adhesive confirming to standard specifications and finally applying 0.63mm aluminium sheet cladding complete with type3, grade 1 roofing feltstrip (as per IS:1322 as amended up ot date) at joints etc. as per specifications and as required complete in all respect:

Removal and Re-installation of insulation panels of Boiler cabinet inside Reactor Building including replacement of insulation material. Note : Cost of raw material is not included. It is only labour Cost.

Maintenance of all type rolling shutters throughout the year including opening of hood cover, oiling,greasing, tightening & setting of springs, if required, etc., complete including labour & the consumables. The shutters should be kept in easy operating condition to the satisfaction of Enginneer-in-charge :

Preventive Maintenance of Group-A shutter (of height equal to or more than 4.5 Mtr)

Preventive Maintenance of Group-B shutter ( of height equal to or more than 3.0 mtr and less than 4.5 mtr)

Preventive Maintenance of Group -C shutter ( of height less than 3.0 mtr)

For Half yearly check ups :

Group-A shutter (of height equal to or more than 4.5 Mtr)

Group-B shutter ( of height equal to or more than 3.0 mtr and less than 4.5 mtr)

Group -C shutter ( of height less than 3.0 mtr)

For breakdown repair :

Supplying rolling shutter accessories & fixing them and making the system operable including removal of existing, the required tools & tackles, labour etc., all complete to the satisfaction of EIC :

GI Hood (Top) Cover made of not less than 0.9mm thick MS sheet, bent into a suitable shape for covering the roller, including painting of a coat with primer and two coat of SE paint of approved shade with APCOLITE brand paint.

M.S.Bracket plate of size 450mmx450mmx6mm together with U- shaped clamp for any type shutter including matching paint.

Roller cage (Jall) of any length of standard quality completed with all material, accessories and labour etc. as per IS: 6248.

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S. laths interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5cm long wire spring grade No. 2 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters.:80x1.25mm M.S. laths with 1.25 mm thick top cover all complete as per drawings , specifications & direction of engineer in charge.
