Material and Labour for dismantling of existing Air Handling Unit of any capacity , cleaning, servicing, overhauling to all component of AHU, with and including cleaning of heating & cooling coil with caustic soda solution, including welding / brazing, wherever required to arrest leakages, cleaning of Pre-Micro Filters, replacing of vertical GI sheet supports, complete replacement of foam insulation of best quality using adhesive substance to avoid cold air leakages, fabrication of bottom GI tray of existing size with drain pane made out of 16 guage thick GI Sheets duly painted with bituminous paint over interior surface of tray, re-assembling all the dismantled components to its original position using new nut, bolt, washer and other packing material etc, with and including testing, commissioning of Air handling Unit at optimum efficiency, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for cleaning inside surface of Air supply return/exhaust ducts all grills, dampers & diffusers of HVAC system by using high power vacuum air compressor, robotic camera air hammer, special nozzle, air sweep with other required accessories giving/showing inspection of Dust before and after cleaning of duct complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (a) For the purpose of payment floor surface area only will be measured. (b) The tenderer is responsible for any damage/breakage caused at the time of cleaning and the tenderer will repair/replace the same without any extra cost.

Material and Labour for dismantling of blower shaft of AHU of up to 10000 CFM capacity, by removing the belt and pulley, blower drum, and re-metaling the shaft and filling of metal at decayed portions including all welding, turning, polishing and other machine works required to make the shaft of required shape and size, as original, balancing the shaft and refitting in AHU including re-assembling the blower, pulley etc with and including replacement of new bearing of existing size, testing the AHU for satisfactory operation, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for applying one coat synthetic enamelled paint as desired colour over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer on steel/iron surfaces of pipes after preparing surface with help of emery paper etc removing rust, dust and old paints and making surfaces smooth for achieving better grip between surface and primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for applying one coat of aluminium paint on steel/iron cable trays, Aquastic protection surfaces , aluminium pipe insulations etc after preparing surface with help of emery paper etc removing rust, dust and old paints and making surfaces smooth for achieving better grip between surface and primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of industrial temperature gauge bottom connected, direct mounted type, of temperature range of 0 - 100°C or 32 - 212°F, including necessary welding complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repalcement of industrial Pressure gauge dial type range between 0 to 12 kg/cm2 with siphon assembly with on/off knob including necessary welding cutting complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, and fixing in replacement of cast Iron butterfly valve, ISI marked, PN - 1.6 pressure grade, having Nitrile/EPDM rubber lining, SS stem,CS/SS disc. Lever operated type, of size 50 mm dia bore with hand wheel including all jointing material i.e, nut, bolt, washer, packing material etc, duly insulated and taking out of old unserviceable valve, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Fixing in repair/replacement of motorized combination fire smoke damper (spring return type) of atleast 120 minutes fire rating and all as specified. The fire damper shall be complete with electronic temperature sensor and electrically operated actuator. the fire dampers shall be located in supply/return air ducts, at all fire rated crossovers (shaft/walls etc) the control panel will be such located that the reset can be easily done, including electrical spring type actuator, remote indication of the fire damper position complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Fixing in replacement of defective double layer canvas connection with 1/2 hour fire rating complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for repair / overhauling of heavy duty motor 5HP (AHU motor), 440 volts, 50 cycle electrically and mechanically taking it to workshop & back, dismantling the motor carefully replacing U/s bearings gland/gasket packing, U/S terminals, varnishing to windings by varnish and ovening to winding, reassembling electric motor after repairs painting it & refixing it to its original position testing & commissioning complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
