Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m depth; or n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundations of poles, struts, stays, joints or laying underground cable etc. in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 01 above but exc 1.5m depth and not exc 3 mtr in depth complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Removal of excavated soil/ material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing HDPE DWC Pipe dia inner dia 75mm and outer dia 90mm for laying of cable laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and fixing HDPE DWC Pipe dia inner dia 50mm and outer dia 63mm for laying of cable laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and fixing HDPE DWC Pipe dia inner dia 32mm and outer dia 40mm for laying of cable laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and fixing GI pipe light grade 50 mm bore (ISI marked) laid in trenches/ road crossings/ fixed to poles/ceiling / along walls/ path /drain/floors with and including all necessary clamps, nuts, bolts, washers etc and all fittings as required, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, laying, jointing, commissioning and testing in replacement XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, armoured, heavy duty underground electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade of cross sectional area 95 sq mm 3.5 core confirming to IS-7098 (Part-I-1988) laid in trenches, along poles through pipes etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling existing unserviceable earth wire or copper conductor, service feeder or distributor span from overhead lines on LT poles, of any type and any size complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling existing unserviceable Aluminium conductors, steel reinforced (ACSR conductor) from overhead lines on LT poles, of any type and any size complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. complete and setting aside for re-use with in 50m on LT poles, of any type and any size complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling existing unserviceable insulators of any type & any size on LT poles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling existing unserviceable stay assembly and concrete, etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Suppyling, installing, testing and commissioning factory made outdoor type bus bar chamber having MCCB 4 Pole, 415 Volts, 125 Amps, 25KA of suitable size for operation on 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz, outer shell made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet duly powder coated coated siemens gray shade and completely weather, vermin & dust proof, adequate air ventilation at sides & back, door shall be provided with double door fix with hinges and locking arrangements etc suitables to accomodate the 200 Amps aluminium bus bar fixed Horizontally in staggred manner minimum length 450mm, 3 phases and neutral duly insulated with heat shrinkable PVC sleeves and colour coded mounted on heavy duty DMC insulators duly connected with 125Amps MCCB including provision for taking out incoming and outgoing cables detachable plate at bottom for cable entry and making six Nos hole in each bus bar including with bottom frame made out of angle iron 40mm x 40mm x 5mm and 600mm long 4 legs duly painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on exposed surfaces grouted in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate blocks of size 30cm x 30cm x 60cm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing in replecement same position new pre-stressed concrete pole 09 meter long of cross section 102mm x 172mm at the top and 102mm x 279mm at bottom, class 10, complying with requirements of IS-1678-1978, including two coats of synthetic enamel paint in alternate black and yellow strips 30 cm each upto 1.5 metre height from PCC coping and applying one coat of aluminum paint over cross arms, brackets, bracings, clamps, hooks etc. and marking pole number complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: - (i) Earth work and PCC in foundation & coping shall be measured and paid for separately.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in new / old coping of poles etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating, necessary form work and fair finishing all exposed faces of concrete without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M & L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation for poles, struts & mass concrete including necessary form work and fair finishing to exposed surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Taking down LED security/street light fitting safely for reuse and refixing the same on new pole including connection with cable PVC insulated stranded copper conductor, 1100 Volts grade, 2.5 Sqmm 3 core size of ISI marked from Security light to Pole Box complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes :- (i) Ladder wheel shall be arranged by the Contractor. (ii) Any T & P and Ladder wheel required for the work shall be arranged by the Contractor. The rate of this aspect is included in this item and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

S & F in replacement LED Security light fitting of 45 watt including LED lamps complete with body robust corrosion resistant superior finish and without any cracks or through holes made in a single piece by high pressure die cast aluminium alloy. The luminaries shall be monolithic construction totally enclosed dust and water proof with minimum IP 66 protection as per IS 10322-1982 (part-I) with latest amendments and input voltage range 140 - 300 V AC, frequency 50-60 Hz, P.F should be more than 0.9. The efficiency of LED luminaries system shall be more than 100 lumens per watt and must be certified by the LM-79 and FRLSH cable PVC insulated stranded copper conductor, 1100 Volts grade, 2.5 Sqmm 3 Core size of ISI marked for Security light to Pole Box complete all as specified and directed Engineer-in-Charge. Dismantling existing unserviceable service brackets, any type on LT poles, of any type and any size complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply and fixing 32 mm dia 1.2 metre long GI pipe light grade bracket for fixing street light made to shape at including MS clamps (FI Plate 25X4mm as per site requirement) 02 Nos and nut and bolts duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete as required at site complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing weather proof PVC insulated, sheathed three core stranded aluminium conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm, 1100 Volts grade conforming to IS:9968 (Part-I) 1988 or IS:694-1990 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make :- Havells / Finolex / Polycab

S&F Galvanized iron tubing, 15 mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches / under road / drains, fixed to poles / walls with required numbers of clamps made out of 25x3mm flat iron, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of LT electric cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes :- (i) Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately under respective items of BOQ

Taking down old unserviceable sewage non clog submersible pump by disconnecting all electric connections and supply,installation,testing and commissioning of sewage non clog submersible pump set, capacity 7.5 HP, flow not less than 1100LPM at 14 mtr head, non clog to pass upto 40mm solids with 80mm dia section pipe necessary connections cable from pump to starter panel complete all as specified and directed.
