Providing services for Hygienic cleaning and Proper Sanitation at PTPS Colony, Panipat

Amount

Sweeping/cleaning of roads including berms up to boundary walls, kerb channel street by lanes, Path and approaches to houses in PTPS colony (Residential buildings) along with the approach road from Assandh Road to Colony gate No. 2 including all T&P and consumables etc. (Frequency of cleaning-Work shall be carried out on daily basis including on Sundays and Public holidays)

Running, mtc. and cleaning of circular road, berm, parks and cleaning of mains and sub main of storm water system, cleaning of gulley chambers, manholes and removing of chocking etc. of existing storm water line in PTPS Colony including all T&P and consumables etc. (Frequency of cleaning-Work shall be carried out on daily basis including on Sundays and Public holidays)

Running mtc. and cleaning of mains and sub main of sewerage system and its manhole i/c. removal of chockage, silt etc. in residential & non- residential buildings of PTPS Colony including all T&P and consumables etc. (Frequency of cleaning-To be attended as per complaints received and as per Directions of Engineer Incharge)

Running, mtc. and cleaning of internal sewerage system i.e. floor traps, gully traps, water closet, urinals and inspection chamber etc. in residential and Non-Residential buildings in PTPS Colony including all T&P and consumables etc. (Frequency of cleaning-To be attended as per complaints received and as per Directions of Engineer Incharge)

Proper and complete hygienic cleaning of NRB (Non Residential Buildings) such as field Hostel, Officer Club, Sub-ordinate Club, Senior Secondary School Primary wing, Shopping Centre, 11 KV Complaint Center, Telephone Exchange, Pump Houses & bus shelters, and security huts etc. in PTPS Colony in following manner. a) Sweeping/cleaning of roads walk ways and approaches to all above NRB’s.- (Frequency of cleaning-Daily). b) Cleaning of Toilet, washbasins and other sanitary installation on all the above NRB ‘s (except Field Hostel suites).-(Frequency of cleaning-Daily) c) Dusting and cleaning of door, window, glass panes, removal of cob web etc. of all NRB’s except shopping Center (except Field Hostel suites).-(Frequency of cleaning-Once in a week) d) Sweeping/cleaning of roof of all N.R.B. buildings. (Frequency of cleaning-Once in a month)

Lifting of garbage/decayed vegetation and dead animals, birds & insects etc. from the roads, internal lanes and other area of the Colony permises and its disposal/ burried outside the Colony or as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and cleaning of dust bins and Removal of garbage within 6 KM lead with sufficient transportation. (Minimum 2 Nos. Tractor with Trolly to be deployed by the firm). (Frequency of cleaning-Work shall be carried out on daily basis including on Sundays and Public holidays)

Disilting and cleaning of surface drains (Katcha) and pucca drain from Tank No.4 to the peripheral drain including all T&P and consumables etc. (Frequency of cleaning-As and when required)
