Thorough checking , testing of the L.T incomer & outgoing ACB's panel by proper instrument in proper way engaging expert personel and detection of fault

Dismantling all the incoming & out going cable (400 Sqmm 4 core) from the panel after disconnetion the L.T source and discharge by the earth rod.

Racking out & drawing out of ACB from L.T incomming & outgoing panel after tripping the ACB's manually & keeping the ACB in a workable position inside the room.

Open out the ACB's cover carefully and complete dismentling all the parts like roller guide, main drive shaft, S.S pin, silt spring, rechet assembly, trip bridge assembly, male & female contact etc, by the proper tools & tackles engaging expert personel and keep in a sutible position at the pumping station.

Complete cleaning & overhauling all the parts of the ACB's in proper way by petrol & C.TC to remove carbon particals, moisture, dust etc & after overhauling refix all the components as per existing way and interlocking arrengement must be checked properly.

Dismantling the carbonized & dusty busbar from the panel, cleaning the carbon, moisture & dust from the busbar by the proper method using petrol & CTC and refixing the busbar after cleaning & reinsulation the busbar by proper method and also thorough cleaning the panel as per existing way and as per direction of EIC

Checking, testing fitting & fixing of the Thermal based release at the existing 1600 & 800 Amps ACB's in proper way by using proper instruments.

Supply fixing of stud type LED indicating lamp (110 to 230Volt) (For phase & ON/OFF indication)

Necessary modification of 800 Amp ACB Panels for proper LED indication of Transformer unit 1 & 2 and interlocking arrangements by using four pole Power contractor, auxilary coil (NO, NC), MCB's etc and engaging expert personel and as per direction of E.I.C.

Re installation the ACB to the existing incomer panel by existing way.

Re-connection all the incoming & out going cables (400 sqmm 4 core) in proper socketing, position and existing way.

Adjusment of all linkage & contact movement of L.T. A.C.B.

Supply & delivery of Digital type (Range 0-1500/5A) C.T. operated Ammeter of reputed make.

Necessary testing the 1600 amps & 800 amps ACB's by the primary injuction method for checking the start, close and trip properly & commissioning of the ACB's & trail run.
