(ii) 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 on surface. (iii) Cleaning of plastered surface and applying one coat of bituminous primer @ 0.40 Ltr / Sqm. (Contd...) (iv) Supply and laying 3 mm (Minimum) thick APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufacturer with weight not less than 3.60 Kg per Sqm, reinforced with non-woven polyester fabric weight not less than 150 gms per Sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 30 cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing.

(v) Applying one coat of water proofing paint with aluminium finish over APP as per manufacturer's instruction. Note :- (a) Bituminous primer shall be "ShaliTex Primer" manufactured by M/s STP Ltd or equivalent in M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd or M/s Fosroc Chemicals or M/s Hindcon chemicals limited or M/s IWL India Limited (b) Laying APP based polymeric membrane shall be done by torch on method as per manufactures instructions.
