| 1 | Providing & fixing of nominal 2.5mm (+/-10%) thickness electric insulated synthetic mat confirming & meeting the requirement of IS:15652-2006 (Latest) along with suitable adhesive water proofing compound & sealing materials etc. as per service recommendation of IS: 15652-2006 of Annex. "A", class "B" insulation up to 11KV AC & 240V DC and suitable for HT trolley movement.
Scope of work :
(1) Before execution of the work of fixing of electric insulated Synthetic Mat, bidder needs to submit Type Test report and acceptance / routine test report from any NABL/ILAC/any Central Govt. accredited Lab as per relevant Indian Standard for the supplied material.
(2) The marking of the mat must be as per IS: 15652-2006 (Latest).
(3) The material shall be flame-retardant, oil-resistant, anti-skid ribbed surface and suitable for continuous use in indoor HT switchgear installations.
(4) Each mat shall be permanently marked with the manufacturer's name/trademark, insulation class, batch/lot number, and year of manufacture. | 105 | sq mtr | 2,250 | ₹2,36,250 |
