Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) Electronic Road Weighbridge under Urimari Open Cast Project.

Amount

AMC including Annual Verification and Stamping of 04 (Four) No. 50 MT Capacity and 02 (Two) No. 60 MT Capacity Electronic Road Weighbridge installed at different locations under Urimari OCP. Scope: a) Maintenance and Electrical Protection of Digitizer, Junction Boxes, Communication Cables (From Digitizer to Weighment PC and from Digitizer to RFID PC) and Connectors (Digitizer and Computer Communication Cable Connectors, Power Connectors, Load Cell Cable Connectors). Repair and/or Replacement of any or all the above items due to any disturbance viz. Voltage and/or Frequency Disturbance, Earthing Disturbance, Lightening and/or Thundering, Mechanical Damages etc shall be within the Scope of the AMC. b) Periodic (Bi-monthly) Maintenance and Cleaning of above Equipment. c) Periodic Calibration as and when required by the CCL/LMO (Legal Metrology Officer).d)Annual Verification and Stamping of 03 (Three) No. 50 MT Capacity and 02 (Two) No. 60 MT Capacity Electronic Road Weighbridge installed at different locations under Urimari OCP.The job will include timely Generation and Provision of Online Demand Note for Verification and Stamping Fees, Liasioning with the Legal Metrology Inspector, Ramgarh & Hazaribagh for issue of Date for Stamping and Verification, supervision and service during Annual Verification and Stamping, and for timely Issue of Stamping Certificate.e) Any requirement of unskilled manpower as well as Jack ( <5T), Crane, Sling etc will be within the Scope of CCL.f) Any Statutory fees payable for Annual Verification and Stamping will be borne by CCL.

Cleaning, Testing, Adjustment of 2499 Nos. and 2000 Nos. of 20 kg each CI Test Weights for Annual Verification and Stamping of 03(Three) Nos. of 50 MT Capacity and 02 (Two) Nos. 60 MT Capacity Electronic Road Weighbridge respectively installed at different locations under Urimari OCP during AMC period. Scope: a) Annual Verification and Stamping is a statutory work. The AMC holder will be responsible for timely and successful execution of Cleaning, Testing, Adjustment of 4499 Nos. of 20 kg each CI Test Weights for subsequent Annual Verification and Stamping of 03 Nos. of 50 MT and 02 Nos of 60 MT Electronic Road Weighbridge.

Replacement of Load Cells 34Te Capacity Double ended Shear Beam type (similar electrically and mechanically compatible Load Cell with Fitment Guarantee), on as and when required basis during the 01 (One) Year AMC Period. (08 Nos of 34T Load Cell , For Damages due to Thundering/Lightening/Mechanical Fatigue Failure only). (The requirement is projected and tentative concurrent with the AMC Period. The requirement may be higher or on lower side, and, actual payment against the above requirement will be made on pro-rata basis subject to actual consumption.)

Replacement of Load Cells 30Te Capacity Ball and Cup type (similar electrically and mechanically compatible Load Cell with Fitment Guarantee), on as and when required basis during the 01 (One) Year AMC Period. (09 Nos. of 30T Load Cells, For Damages due to Thundering/Lightening/Mechanical Fatigue Failure only). (The requirement is projected and tentative concurrent with the AMC Period. The requirement may be higher or on lower side, and, actual payment against the above requirement will be made on pro-rata basis subject to actual consumption)

Replacement of Mounting for 50MT capacity Electronic Road Weighbridge (3 nos) installed at different locations under Urimari OCP.(The requirement is projected and tentative concurrent with the AMC Period. The requirement may be higher or on lower side, and, actual payment against the above requirement will be made on pro-rata basis subject to actual consumption)

Replacement of Yoke for 50MT capacity Electronic Road Weighbridge (3 nos) installed at different locations under Urimari OCP.(The requirement is projected and tentative concurrent with the AMC Period. The requirement may be higher or on lower side, and, actual payment against the above requirement will be made on pro-rata basis subject to actual consumption.)

Repairing of Digitizer as and when required basis for 02 Nos. of 60 MT and 03 Nos. 50 MT Capacity Electronic Road Weighbridge installed at different locations under Urimari OCP.(The requirement is projected and tentative concurrent with the AMC Period. The requirement may be higher or on lower side, and, actual payment against the above requirement will be made on pro-rata basis subject to actual consumption.)

Providing and fitting of Junction Board on as and when required basis for 02 Nos. of 60 MT and 03 Nos. 50 MT Capacity Electronic Road Weighbridge installed at different locations under Urimari OCP.(The requirement is projected and tentative concurrent with the AMC Period. The requirement may be higher or on lower side, and, actual payment against the above requirement will be made on pro-rata basis subject to actual consumption.)

Replacement of insulating pad for 2 no 60MT and 3 no 50MT capacity Electronic Road Weighbridge installed at different locations under Urimari OCP.
