Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roof & disposal of retrieved material to a distance n.exc 100m from the starting point complete all as specified and specified

Demolition of mud in roof, any thickness including plastering and leaping (where full thickness removed or only a part there of ) and disposal of retrieved material to a distance n.exc 100m from the starting point complete all as specified and specified

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered angles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plaster or unplastered wall surface and apply two coat of Acrylic smooth exterior paint over 1mm coat of wall care putty of required shade. New work (Two or more coat applied @1.67ltr/10 sqm over and including primimg coat of exterior primer applied @2.20 Kg/10sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Roof Treatment in patches as specified below and directed : (a) M&L for 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded aggregate) in roof with approved water proofing compound in proportion as recommended by manufacturer. (b) Surface Preparation: Cleaning the screed surface to make it laitance, dust and sludge free, removing any extended portion by grinding using suitable equipments and providing and basic repair including filling of any cracks or pot holes with sika latex mortar modifier. (c) Joint sealing and detailing : Providing and applying sika reemat premium at all detailing areas. (d) Epoxy Primer: Providing and applying sikalastic-10 Primer EP, 2 part, and solvent free, low viscous epoxy based primer applied at consumption of 0.2 Kg/Sqm. The Primer must have a compressive strength >60n/ Sqmm and flexural strength>30 N Sqmm. (e) Waterproofing and cool roof coating: Providing and applying and sikalastic-590IN, Single component, Flexible, liquid applied UV and weather resistant, polyurethane water proofing membrane with high reflective properties. The water proofing membrane must have following properties:- (i) Tensile Strength> 1.5 N Sqmm according to ASTM D4 12. (ii) Elongation at break> 250 according to ASTM D412. (iii) The liquid membrane must be resistant to growth of algae and fungi and have high SRI of 106 with reflectivity 84% according to green bldg. reqmts. (iv) The watewrproofing membrane must be applied in three coat of SIKALASTIC-590 INapplied at consumption of 0.5 kg/sqm each coat. (v) The roofing system should be compatible with Bitumen. NOTE : (i) Make of all the product for above treatment- SIKA / Dr. Fixit / Fosroc / BASF / STP/Torch Tar/Asian and make approved by GE in writing in make mentioned in Appx B or from E-in-C approved list. (ii) All auxiliary and accessories involved during application should be supplied by single manufacturer as a part of system. (iii) The application must have done with necessary detailing as per manufacturer method statement. (iv) The manufacturer must be an ISO 9001 and 14001 certified and valid certificate must be produced as prove.

Taking down shutter of any description exc 1 sqm but n.exc 2sqm each & refixing the shutter in same opening including easing and adjusting complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed

M & L for water proofing treatment to RCC sunken slab as specified below and as directed by Engineer in Charge:- (a) Cleaning the surface with wire brush/coir brush, removing loose material like dust particles, dirt etc. (b) Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 using water proofing compound on raised vertical surfaces. (c) Creating fillet covering of 50 x 50 mm with polymer modified mortar on the junction of slab and wall (d) Apply first coat of two component modified polymer coating on the horizontal and vertical surface. (e) Provision of polyester reinforced coated net of 45gm/sqm, 2.5mm x 2.5mm mm immediately on above coating. (f) Apply second coating of two component modified polymer coating after 72 hrs upto 300mm above wall surface. (g) Laying concrete 1:4:8 over the coating as per requirement. (h) Joining the sanitary pipes with the waterproofing tape having bridging ability of more than 1.5 mm (j) Filling the gap between the wall opening and sanitary pipe with non shrink cementatious grout. (k) Complete treatment to be carried out by authorised applicator of waterproofing manufacturer.

M&L for prepration of new plastered internal wall surface and applying following complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Applying 1mm thick wall care putty on wall surface and smoothening the surface prepatory to paint. (b) Two coat of distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) and including one coat of primer by using Airless spray/roller over complete.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry,built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed .

All as per Srl item No. 11 here-in-before but except bricks.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work or on one side lathing, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15/20mm dia GI/PVC tubing and connection including, cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed .

Taking up or down 25mm dia GI/PVC tubing and connection including, cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed

Supplying and laying of CPVC pipes ISI SDR 11 pipe 20mm dia with all fitting solvent and fixed to wall and ceilling or laid in floor, bore of pipe 20mm complete all as specified and directed

Supplying and laying of CPVC pipes ISI SDR 11 pipe 25mm dia with all fitting solvent and fixed to wall and ceilling or laid in floor, bore of pipe 25mm complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in repairs PVC (SWR) junction single, (Single T) equal or unequal bore 110mm with access door complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair 20mm Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in repair rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) 500 Ltr capacity,trippled layered, hoisted and fixed in position including 20 mm bore PTMT float valves, high pressure with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed in position with all necessary fittings including dismantling of old water tank complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc 250 Ltr but not exc 500 ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs etc and hoisting if required, including cleaning the tank, removing all scale, dirt etc, reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) 1000 Ltr capacity,trippled layered, hoisted and fixed in position including 20 mm bore PTMT float valves, high pressure with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed in position with all necessary fittings including dismantling of old water tank complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild Steel framed work such as grills, gratings etc. with ends of bars shoulderd and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks,cooler stand,ladder and similar work conforming to Fe290, Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed .

S&F Premium quality non-skid ceramic tile of size 400mm x 400mm, thickness of 7 to 8mm pasted with tile adhesive and epoxy grouted with same make as of tiles water absorption of the tile should be between 3% to 6% Make Glosstra series of Samany or equivalent in Johnson/Kajaria complete all as specified and directed

S&F Premium quality glazed ceramic tile of size 600mm x 300mm thickness 7mm, water absorption between 10% to 20% pasted with tile adhesive and epoxy grouted with same make as of tile Make Glosstra series of Samany or equivalent in Johnson/Kajaria complete all as specified and directed
