Demolition of brick work or stone masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry, type C-1 (1:3:6) (20 mm graded aggregate) with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:4.

Description all as per item No.2here in before but except blocks

M&L for Cement Concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 using 40 mm graded crushed stone graded agg as in surface channel and drains,fdn filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, bed block etc. and the like edge slightly rounded or chamfered including necessary use and waste of form work complete.

Extra for forming finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth, using extra cement including forms, moulds mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Add or deduct for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under 30 cm.

Taking down existing cement plaster including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete.

M & L 15 mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4, surface finished even and fair complete.

M & L three coats of white wash on newly plastered surfaces of wall including preparation of surface complete.

Excavation in trenches nexc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundation etc n.exc 1.5 m 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 in depth as in hard/dense soil and gitting out.

Removing excavated material exc 250 m and nexc 500 m deposinting where directed.

Supply and fix PVC (SWR) pipes 110 mm single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls in foul condition.

Supply and fix Reinforced concrete pipes 300 mm dia,class NP3,laid and jointed complete with collars all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 13 here in before but 600mm dia.

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection or similar places, surface finished even and fair without using extra cement complete.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in Soucer drain,bed block, Drain coping in the Parking and Building surround area etc. and the like edge slightly rounded or chamfered,depth of soucer drain up to 45cm,thickeness min.50mm and width of drain min.25-30cm all as required on ground condition to easy flow of rain water and flow water from damping ground area to nearest area drain including necessary Earth work or Demolation of old concrete Surface, Road surface etc as required use and waste of form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing pre-cast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slab of manholes, septic tank, soak well etc set in cement mortar 1:4 with plain fair faces including chamfered weathering, throating etc including necessary use and waste of form work complete.

S & F mild steel TMT bar 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for

M&L PCC (1:2:4 ) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in kerb stones, PCC block for footpath etc.

M&L for preparation of newly concrete surface exc 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enemal paint in two colour over a coat of cement primer.

M&L for preparation of old concrete surface exc 10cm in width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enemal paint in two colour over a coat of cement primer.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

M&L Hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface

M&L 75mm thick Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 mix (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) for sub base of flooring

Material & Labour Cement concrete type B- 1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) 100 mm thick as in flooring finishing surfaces of concrete topping even and fair (without using extra cement) including use and waste of formwork/screed strips and to divided the area in panels complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 60mm thick interlocking tiles (glossy finish) of M-30 mix laid, jointing and pointed in neat cement slurry over dry sand cushioning complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Sand cushioning shall be measured separately.

M&L for sand cushioning under floors in foundation including watering and consolidation all as specified.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, bed plate etc complete.

M & L rubber moulded chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, with grey cement and pigment set, jointed and pointed in near cement slurry in floors over 20mm screed bed in CM ( 1 : 4)

M&L for one coat any colour as required of floor painting to cement tile floor with tile guard Make : Asian paint or equivalent all as speicified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, all as specified

M&L mild steel framed work as in doors,gates or Frame on Drain, (Ornamental type where required) of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, ball bearing etc, complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings incl guard bars/hold fast etc ( exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing complete fe290(Gde E-165)

M & L for applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new or previously untreated steel and iron surface of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

Removing building materials etc. (other than spoil payable under items 03028 to 03031 in Section- Earthwork) distance of 3.00Km or under, beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination
